Recently switched over from Virgin Media to Vodafone but regret for doing so. The network is so unreliable, Teams call get disconnected constantly. I was promised 1 TB of speed, but it drops to 40mbps. This has happened multiple times now and have had to raise multiple calls with the support team without any resolution. The router all of sudden goes offline and their WiFi expert recommend a booster and wants me to pay extra bug for the booster. What’s even more frustrating is that they say a 2-3 disconnects is normal and I have to deal with this. This network is totally not ideal for those working from home. On one of occasions the network got disconnected at 15.00 or 16.00 and the support said there is global issue, in fact there wasn’t any global issue. I had to tether the network from my mobile phone and only had 10 GB, the engineer advised he add mobile data so I can continue working. They never added mobile data and they left us without a network for more than 15 hours at least. Just been with them for 2 months and had to call them 5-6 times to report the network issues. Terrible service received so far and I’m just waiting to terminate the contract with them. In my 3.5 contract with virgin media I think I called them only 1-2 times and they resolved the issue on a timely manner, I really regret for switching my network to Vodafone. There were never any network disconnects, Teams call never got disconnected, WiFi speed never dropped. Hence, it’s hard to believe that 2-3 teams call disconnect is normal, this wasn’t told to me when I bought the product. If I knew this I would never purchase the product.
Rubbish Fibre Pro 3
Absolutely useless, patchy, very low download speed, very slow internet on iPhone, broadband app is hopeless. Regret upgrading from pro fibre 2 to 3 as the internet and modem was fine with Pro fibre 2 but pro 3 is terrible. Unreliable. Poor support. Tried changing modem made no difference, 2x boosters no improvement. Not able to go back to fibre 2 as over 2 weeks change your mind period. Wish gone with Virgin or BT
