Most awesome guys saved my butt
I have got to say some of the best customer service from Brett and Afy in the Preston Fishergate store! My phone had just crashed on me, completely broken, white screen of death, it was a Sunday and I ran into town and got in the shop at 16:15, just 15 mins before closing (I did think they closed at 5 due to Google closing times 🥴). I didn’t even have to beg to be served, they just said right let’s do this, absolute legends. Brett sorted me right away and I was out of there with a new phone and new contract all sorted in 20 minutes, all while Afy was making me comfortable with some chit chat. I cannot thank them enough, without their “let’s get this done in record time” attitude I would have been screwed for work the next day as I work in IT so my phone is essential! Thank you guys so so much, you’re awesome!!
And my new phone is mint.

Great customer service
Was struggling using the apps on my phone and Vodafone Preston was the first shop where all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rishi helped me with what I needed and he gave a great service.

Went in for help and ended up saving money
Went in about my calls not working and Afy helped me understand that I was making an international call and I reached my limit. He then managed to help me save on my bill. Very grateful for the help I got.

Afy,, Assistant Manager was so helpful and accommodating. He didn't push us into anything but explained everything in detail. Great experience. Great person to help us plus Rishi , who completed the final transaction was so nice. We felt like we were not rushed . Only went into the store to check prices and I bought a contract and my husband ended up buying one too , even though his present contract hadn't expired. Afy took us through the ins and outs of absolutely everything . Could not have had 2 nicer, decent people serving us. We will definately recommend Vodafone Preston to everyone due to Afy and Rishi. Thankyou. Great experience.
