I had a good long chat with Carl about all sorts of stuff long after we had set up my broadband. I enjoyed his friendly demeanor and positive attitude, I felt like I had gone to see a mate for a good old chin wag and almost forgot I was there to set up my broadband. Great and friendly customer service, very happy with the experience.

We would first like to point out that Vodaphone Poole UK Store Manager was absolutely brilliant. He was our angel and we are truely grateful for his help. Vodaphone Internet Mainline Service is absolutely pitiful. We signed up for broadband, but it was discovered they were unable to provide the cabling to the house to provide the service. We tried to resolve the issue with Vodaphone and the Cable Service but we were getting shoved from pillar to post. Out of desperation we went to Poole Store to try and resolve the issue, and as a temporary measure we purchased a mobile wifi (the best product ever) and if it had not been for Poole Store Manager offering a solution we would have been without WIFI, phone, for 3 months. We returned the WIFI box to Poole store the next day and we thought cancelled the contract with Vodaphone. BUUUUT they took 2 direct debits one for the mobile, one for WIFI which we have never been able to use. We tried again on the phone to Vodaphone, and we were just bounced from department again. We went again to Poole store and spoke to the manager. He took it on and tried to finally cancel the WIFI contract for us today and between the store manager/ourselves we were on the phone trying to cancel for 1.5 hours, even the Store Manager was being passed from pillar to post.....Note to Vodaphone in extra ordinary circumstances like this, have a department who is properly trained in contract law and systems, and and vitally has the access to make an executive decision quick decisions with out this 1.5 hours mess. Wakey Wakey Vodaphone WIFI, terrible customer service today from start to finish
