I’ve just received my best Vodafone experience
I’ve just received my best Vodafone customer experience in years from Reyan who works at the Vodafone shop in Camden.
Extremely helpful and professional, he sorted out all the issues I had in no time. He brought some good offers to my attention and helped me save some money too..
I got a new contract, sim card, sorted out some payment issues too.
I will definitely come back to this store.

Replacement phone
I had my phone stolen and came into Vodafone Camden for a replacement. Gagan was very knowledgable and helpful. I saw a Vodafone advisor straight away and left with a new phone within 30 minutes. No complaints

Steve helped and supported me!!
Steve helped and supported me to find the best plan for me as an International student coming from the USA and set up an eSIM on my phone when all other phone service provider companies could not. Steve walked me through how to use each eSIM as I will be using dual eSIM in my phone. I am not technologically savvy but Steve provided the best guidance and advise through the entire process and I now feel confident in using my phone and will remain a loyal Vodafone client. I highly recommend for anyone to see Steve if having any technical difficulties!!
