New phone contract
The customer service employee Aadreea was very informative and very knowledgeable about the product. She was polite and curtious at all times and made me feel welcome. She explained what products were available and offered a range of phones.

Very friendly, took time to understand what we were after then found us the best deal. She actually went back to it and amended it when she realised she could save us a bit more money. Great customer service at Vodafone
Scott was very friendly and knowledgable and the customer service was great. Scott also saved us money by letting us know about Vodafone's broadband services whereby Sky were charging us over £15 more per month. Thanks again for your help 😁
