Amazing customer service
This is the second time I’ve been visiting this week and the service I got was amazing both times . Staff is so helpful and they always go above and beyond to help and find the best deals for you

Less than 1 star- fake company
Does anyone knows the way how to successfully and quick sue that company ? This is absolutely unbelievable how weak and shit their connection is even my 32 MBS from BT what I had before was better and more stable to play online I’m lucky that all our 4 mobiles got a different providers

We would recommend heading over to our 'Check my service' online tool https://vodafone.uk/3lf0Jx8 - select the 'Broadband' option and enter your postcode. You'll also be able to run a test to check for faults with your broadband connection by selecting the 'Check my connection' button – you’ll need your My Vodafone login details to do this.

Rib was a great help to us, taking time out of his busy assistant managerial day to sort out our new broadband. He was polite, visually appealing, wore glasses and was ginger. Also, my infant son was entertained by an eccentric female member of the team whilst the glasses man sold us the internet package. Michael was also a great help. We will definitely be returning to this showroom in future to perform any upgrades or new purchases as long as Reb is there to welcome us. Well done Rab! x

I recently visited the Vodafone store in Doncaster and was helped by Danii. She was absolutely fantastic—really nice, super friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit.
