Ron was amazingly helpful
Came into the store as i was looking to change network provider and after speaking with Ron , it was a no brainer to move to Vodafone. The process was so easy and he explained everything clearly from start to finish!

I went in to sort out my Mother in laws contract, we find out her contract was up since 2017 and she has being paying way over for 6 years (NICE ONE VODAFONE) and we were greeted by Charlotte in the Clacton-by-sea store.
She was just incredible, her patience and her willingness to help was a breath of fresh air, I have not had service like that for a long long time! Charlotte thank you!
