Lewis & Becky sorted this out and are a real testament to the kind of practice we would expect from such a reputable company as Vodafone! ( unlike the experience we had at our local branch in Stafford recently! Store manager & her colleague on Wednesday 5th March were totally dismissive & had no interest in our problems or helping us out! ) Total praise for the Carmarthen branch 👍👍

Me and my partner came in as we were looking for both of us to get new phone contracts and Becky went above and beyond to make sure we left with exactly what we wanted and happy.
