I called in to the Westwood Cross shop and was greeted by Connor. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when discussing SIMO plans and upgrade regarding my broadband to fibre. Samantha helped my mum and I today and she was absolutely brilliant. I had a little one and we stayed longer than planned in the shop and Samantha offered to see what they have in the fridge in case he’d like anything. We didn’t raid their fridge, but finding a person like that is so rare. I am so grateful. She was also super helpful with helping us choose options and set my mum up on her new device, as well as exploring my broadband renewal options. The whole team at the Broadstairs Vodafone shop is wonderful. I have been working with them for over two years, for all my mobile and broadband needs. Karl was great at helping me narrow down the best phone options for my business needs too. Great experience! Thanks guys.
