Saturday 1st August, I came into the Vodafone Bournemouth branch with mother and father who wanted to renew. They had been promised a renewal price for two contracts on a previous visit. We were looked after by Sonya who worked tirelessly, patiently, professionally and with empathy to help my parents who are elderly. The new contracts took quite a considerable time to set up but this was not due to Sonya's fault. Throughout she was an excellent example of customer service and my parents left the shop very pleased with their renewal contracts. In a world where branches are closing and human contact is diminishing, Sonya is a worthy credit to this company. Thank you!

I have been with Vodafone for over 20 years. I upgraded my iPhone to a refurbished iPhone. The phone they sent was faulty. I wanted to exchange for a new iPhone as I didn’t want to exchange for another refurbished phone given the lack of care they took to check and prepare the first one. I asked to exchange, after almost an hour on the phone it transpired this wasn’t really possible. So I had to take the phone to the shop. I took an hour to drive there, but they didn’t tell me to take the box. So I had to drive another hour home and back to get the box. When I got home I called Vodafone to ask about cancelling my contract with them, they explained the options but I reflected that this wouldn’t work because I would be without a phone and I have a daughter with complex medical needs and couldn’t manage without a phone. Once I had spoken to them on the phone for almost 45 mins it became clear I would need to take the phone and the box back to the store and continue to exchange. When I arrived at the store they said they could no longer do the exchange as a ticket had been raised for a return. I called Vodafone and was told the ticket could not be cancelled. I then had to purchase the phone outright to avoid having to go away and return again another day. This ridiculous process has taken hours of my time and effort to fix Vodafone’s error. At no point did anyone manage to make the process quicker or easier and I absolutely detest the experience I had over the last few days with this dreadful useless company

Liam did a fantastic job navigating through my tricky request amd I appreciated his proactive initiative to work through it. His colleagues were also quick to assist with some technical challenges owing to system limitations and it was great to see their collaborative spirit.

Thankyou Amy, came in to get a new sim and get a new contract on my expired plan, actually felt like a day out instead of admin. Wanted to stay there to chat all day so down to earth, didnt feel like a hard sale at all at the same time offering some great deals, how do you do that. Anyway switched to vodafone in the end.
