Always a wonderful service at the Ballymena store, had an issue with my phone today and all the team at the store were so helpful, particularly Ben and Kinga. I've been with Vodafone for years and will remain due to their great customer service.

Phone Contract Upgrade
I had fab service upgrading my phone contract! Ben who served me, was so helpful sorting everything out for me and answering any question I had during the whole process. He made it very easy and I would recommend to anyone him when shopping for a phone contract!
