I was shipping for a new electric fireplace and located ViveDecor because they offered the lowest price on the internet. I placed my order over the phone with a lady named Nicole who was very very helpful in taking my order and in answering my questions. I placed my order for my Classic Flame Fireplace and I received it in just 5 business days. Everything was quick and easy. The best part was the price. ViveDecor was 200 dollars cheaper than any and all competition. Thanks Vive.

I was shopping online for a new electric fireplace insert. I did a google price comparison and ViveDecor was one of the 18 resellers that sold the product. What made me go with ViveDecor is the fact that they were 200 dollars cheaper than everyone else and offered free shipping. I was very pleased when I receives my new BLF50 in 5 business days. ViveDecor also emailed me tracking information and updates throughout the process

I have never taken the time to review any online purchase to date, and I have purchased many many items online over the years. This experience was so maddening, however, that I felt it right to warn others. There is absolutely no way to reach this company, via phone or email, and get any response whatsoever. I have called no fewer than 15 times and have gotten a voice recording every time telling me to leave a message. This is immediately followed by a recording saying the mailbox is full. I have sent 4 emails so far with no response from any, including the final email telling them to cancel my order immediately. I will now have to keep contacting my credit card company to cancel the order once they charge the card, which they do not do right away. All of this because there is no way to actually CANCEL your order online, nor check on the status of your order, NOR get a timeline of shipping, processing, etc. This company is 100% a scam and the positive emails on this string are FAKE, there is no doubt in my mind. Do not buy from this company!

Bait and Switch!!! I ordered a desk for $135. After waiting FOUR months for the arrival, I finally was able to speak to Chris on the phone who told me that if I wanted the desk I would need to pay $289. Customer service is the key to continued sales. I hope they go out of business for using these tactics.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and only received 2 notifications. The first was that my card would be charged, and the second a week later was that the item was "to be shipped". Two weeks later, and it still says to be shipped. I have tried numerous times to call and email Vivedecor, and I haven't received any return emails or phone calls. This business is very unprofessional. How many other businesses don't answer their phone during business hours? Oh wait, it gets better. The answering service sounds like a poorly recorded home answering machine message. ]

I placed an order on the ViveDecor web site for a high-end television stand, only to find out after the order had been accepted that the manufacturer had just discontinued the television stand and had no more in stock. I was not happy, for the ViveDecor web site should not have accepted my order if the item was discontinued. The ViveDecor sales rep was apologetic and suggested an alternative, JSP Serenade, which was much nicer than the one I had ordered - and at a rock-bottom low price that I could not refuse (I could tell that it was rock-bottom based on how much it was sold for elsewhere.) I also ordered the mounting bracket accessory that the manufacturer ships with the JSP Serenade. After the television stand and mounting bracket arrived, I was unable to move it into my family room due to heavy icing on my walkway, so it stayed in the garage for a month. A few days ago I moved it into my family room and put the television on it. Beautiful! However, it then became clear that the mounting bracket was not needed ($239!). I contacted ViveDecor and asked if I could return the bracket. I was pretty sure that they would say no, but to my surprise, they remembered the hassle I went through with the initial order, and accepted the return with a full refund minus the shipping fee. That’s quality service. I’m a very happy ViveDecor customer!

If you read all the positive reviews you'll notice a pattern under which all of them are written. It's so obvious that they are fake. I bought a coffee table from this web site, and it arrived broken. Wasted 4 months trying to get a hold of them, without any success. I just hope somebody gets them good for all the people they've scammed so far.

Vivedecor was hastle free. Everything went well. The main Reason I decided to go with ViveDecor over all the other online resellers was strictly the price. I am a price shopper, especially this day and age to me it's all about price. I was hoping everything would go smooth so I went ahead and purchased my my Dimplex electric fireplace from ViveDecor. I was actually very impressed with this company. Not only did they have the lowest price but their customer service was better than any of the other online stores I have dealt with in the past. I was amazed at how quickly it shipped out and I was amazed at the email updates which kept me informed all the way through from when I ordered the fireplace until it shipped and again thanked me for my business. I also phoned in because I needed a replacement part, due to a chip caused during shipping. Vivedecor next day aired me the part free of charge. These guys are great and I will tell everyone I know how wonderful my experience was.

I found ViveDecor on Google.com while shopping for wall mounts for my restaurant. I noticed ViveDecor had the best prices out of all the other online resellers. I ordered 15 brackets to hang our televisions. I not only received an amazing deal but I also received another 5% off during checkout. I was very pleased. The product shipped out the same day I ordered it and overall I am very pleased with the entire process. It was smooth sailing. ViveDecor is a great operation and ran by professionals. I will be ordering more product from ViveDecor in the future.

Buying online is tricky sometimes because of all the competition involved. It's hard to find the perfect one. I am glad I finally did, because ViveDecor is an amazing online reseller. I originally found ViveDecor on google shopping for a new light fixture. I located the one I wanted which was made by ZUO modern. Vivedecor has the lowest price on the price comparison and we also received another 5% off during checkout. We received free shipping and we were exempt from sales tax. I received my fixture in just 3 days. One of the bulbs was cracked during shipping. I called Vivedecor.com and they next day aired me a new bulb. I was very pleased at the speed, the efficiency, and the quality of the product. I am looking forward to buying from ViveDecor again in the future. We love our new Zuo fixture and we loved our experience with VIVEDECOR.com

HORRIBLE. I ordered online a washer machine from ViveDecor. They said it would be delivered between 10-15 days.

After 15 days, I was concerned about my delivery. I paid over 1k and still had no details concrete details of where it was, so I called vive. I spoke to the receptionist who was completely unprofessional and SCREAMED at me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager.

After many calls, come to find out, the distributor had closed for 1 week and Vive failed to notify me of the change.

Worst part is that I paid for white glove service since I'm a single woman and would not be able to get the machine in myself. When the delivery finally came, the driver refused to deliver it inside! I ended up having to send it back and have it redelivered the next day and had to pay $100 to have two guys help me bring it in!! Vive did not reimburse me.

DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ ON A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. I ordered a desk for my son several weeks back. I received no email confirmation and no updates. I only once got someone live by phone despite multiple phone calls to the store during store hours. They assured me the desk was coming, but several weeks later it never arrived. They only returned one voicemail and left only a generic message to call the store-they did not leave me any information on the status of my order as requested. Other voicemails and one detailed concern/complaint email to the store were simply not returned at all. Their online account system worked inconsistently. When it did work, it most recently said my order was cancelled when I did not cancel it. My son was crushed during this process-because I could give him no response to his inquiries about when it would arrive and he really needed the desk. This also did not allow for me to order a desk elsewhere-because I could not find out what the status of the order clearly was and did not know whether it was shipped or not. I now regret dealing with this company at all-and providing them with my credit card number. I know the desk was a popular item, but I find it inexcusable if there was a problem with the manufacturer that my customer service requests were ignored or poorly handled-and that the store apparently rarely picks up the phone during their working hours.

I purchased a Classic Flame electric fireplace. ViveDecor.com had the lowest price and they were the most friendly out of all the other sites I called. They also were able to answer all of my technical questions and the fireplace showed up in less than 3 days. I could not believe how quickly it was shipped and delivered. Vivedecor also emailed me with confirmations and updates through out the entire process. I am more than happy with my purchase and i plan on buying from vivedecor in the future. This place is the Bomb we ordered our entire bedroom set from Vivedecor.com and they ship everything for free and charge no sales tax. Its amazing to deal with such a superb company. Their staff is so friendly and helpful with everything. Not only did they ship everything super fast but they also handle their damages lightning fast. We had one damaged night stand and vivedecor.com shipped us out a new one the next day and picked up the damaged one. I must say these guys deserve every bit of 5 stars.

rdered 3 Dimplex Clasic Flame 3EF022GRA Fireplaces for my office building. They had the best price out of 32 other online stores in a price comparison. I called them and I ordered 3 systems. They were 499.99 a unit and everyone else was at 699.00 I love Vivedecor.com they also shipped them the same day I ordered them and they shipped them for free. I saved sales tax as well. I am very happy with this transaction. We hooked these up at our office and we have only had them a week and we get nothing but compliments. I will be buying from ViveDecor.com again and I love their name

I found ViveDecor.com on Google Shopping while I was looking for a new electric fireplace. They offered the best price out of 15 other internet coimpanies that sold the same SEP-BW-4217-FB in a price comparison. I called in and spoke to Veronica and she was so helpful and polite. I ordered from vivedecor.com and it was more than worth it, everything is great and we loved the entire transaction.
