I would definitely say that all the staff I dealt with was absolutely fantastic. Really helpful. They make a stressful process easy. I have already recommended visa First to friends going travelling.

Great service, really helped me out

I left getting my VISA for a holiday to Canada very late and Aleks from Visa First got it sorted for me in plenty time. The great communication was appreciated because I was in a bit of a panic. Cheers Aleks

The team there in Dublin are very helpful, efficient, professional and friendly. I know when I send a request I get concise guidance on what I need to submit and then leave it to the VF team to send my passport and visa. Excellent Service.

Money well spent

Good communications to make sure all the information was available. Plenty of time to get it without running out of time. Milestones given were all met. Great service to avoid you having to get involved in the ridiculous details required for Chinese visas

Needed to phone Visa First office to help answer Qs on visa application form ( China).
Those calls most helpful.
Also visited office in person.
Again very helpful.
Otherwise struggled trying to figure out what information was required. Application form very demanding, in depth, confusing.
