Wrong wipers sent. Contacted them, and they responded with, please send car reg, so they can sort it out. Reg sent, followed by an email to remind them. NO RESPONCE. Customer service at it's finest!!

Fast service, easy to use, and keen prices. Customer service useless. They sent me a faulty wiper in the set, when I asked what could be done, the stone answer was that I hadn’t unwrapped it properly. I have to admit, a heat sealed plastic bag sleeve is renown as a tricky process if your never opened a packet of crisps, or even cereal.

Very low quality wipers as it didn’t last as aspected leaving streak mark only after 4/5 months I bought for 2 cars both are same leaving streak marks. Think twice before buying I bought it via amazon.

Contacted customer care phone initially no response then sent e mail their response was contact help department , thought they might have passed issue on.
So repeated all issues including photographs and sent this to e help
No response sent another e mails to customer care and help dept no response.
Seems company happy to complete orders but customer support sadly very poor

I had them for about 3/4 months and already they are leaving streak marks on front and rear glass. It is very shocking and I would not recommend this to anybody. Very disappointing.

Brilliant company was sent the wrong wiper accidentally but they corrected the issue straight away and sent out a replacement within 2 days ….would 100% recommend this company excellent customer service

Ordered twice from thos company 1st time wrong wipers sent and was sorted even though I am waiting for a receipt still . Ordered wipers and this time car mats trying to return them and no one is getting in touch . Last time I use this company . Customer service is 0 stars take your money and run

The wiper blades don't fit my car even though the reg number was input correctly. The customer service is awful, no response on the phone, online chat or ticket raising system. The return page is a joke it doesn't work

I placed an order for some replacement wiper blades with vipa, paid for them but received no confirmation email.
Despite completing an on line query and phoning the company I still have no confirmation or product. Do not use this company, it's a scam

I cannot comment on customer service, as I didn't contact them. But, I can on wiper blades. I do not understand praises from majority of customers. Blades are pretty average and after 300 miles in heavy rain on German autobahns, they started to leave streaks and smearing. In total, they are on car for about 4000 miles. They are easy to fit, but I can say exactly the same about other brands. I guess cheap price equals cheap quality. You got what you pay for. I definitely won't buy them again and ignore completely ANY marketing campaigns from Vipa.

My old wipers were very noisy and squeaky. Vipa wipers were a perfect fit for my car and easy to fit. They glide silently and effortlessly. I would happily order from Vipa again. I strongly recommend the wipers - make sure your order an accurate fit for your car’s make & model.

I ordered some wiper blades for my mini from vipa twice (1 week apart) and both times it appeared that the order was confirmed but then I received no email confirmation and initially no money was taken. After the second attempt I decided to order them from amazon instead and they were delivered next day. Then Vipa decided to send me some blades later that week. Still no confirmation email or order number. Once I received them I contacted Vipa for a return but they failed to respond to their chatbot, phone calls and emails. Just aweful customer support... their phone line goes direct to answerphone and then no one bothers to contact you. So I have returned the amazon set. Vipa --- you are a useless organisation with no customer service! Avoid them at all costs.

They started ok but the front seems to leave streaks on my windscreen and now after 6 months (2500 miles) the rear wiper has fallen apart (the rubber).
Waiting to see if the customer service is any good or not.

Bought from website for 21 plate cx30. The wipers do not fit this car, even though the company advised they would. Total waste of money, buy cheap, buy often.

Very poor communication. Received the incorrect rear wiper blade. Initally they said they'd replace it and heard nothing back. I tried calling and leaving a message and got no responce, I emailed them directly as well as through amazon and heard nothing.

Good quality and easy to fit. My 14 year old daughter watched the video and changed them on my car. Great

Can't give NO star or I would, received faulty items and returned, received confirmation of return and refunded but without my knowledge the took back the refund.They have a telephone number but don't answer...... don't buy from them untrustworthy.
