Vinceremos have a great range at good prices and any time I have needed to contact them there has been a real person on the end of the phone - not something you often find. I can’t recommend them enough!

What make a company great? Cheap prices? No! Fast Delivery? No! The answer is the Customer Service you receive when things go wrong. The team at VinceRemos are a great example of how CustomerService should be run. I've had 2-3 problems with order, but it's never been a problem to them. That's why I continue to shop here every month.

I have been a regular customer and purchased wine that I cannot purchase to the same standard anywhere else. The service I receive on every occasion is second to none including a recent purchase over the festive period where everyone went out of their way to fulfil my request. Wonderful company with wonderful people.

I first bought organic wine and beer, and the occasional spirits, from Vinceremos in the mid-nineties.
This is an excellent company, with which I have never had any trouble at all. From the pen-and-paper days of the sales brochure to more recent on-line orders, the correct bottles have always turned up promptly.
Communication with the firm is easy via e-mail and the staff have proved to be consistently helpful.
There is no question that I would recommend Vinceremos.

I've bought my wine and cider (and some beer) from Vinceremos for around 20 years at least, and probably longer. Organic and vegetarian. As I've got older my consumption has dropped, but their range has held up, and their prices are still the lowest I know. I've not had any problems with delivery - I ask when, and they inform me of the expected day, and send corrections, if it changes.

Update: I got an email telling me to expect a delivery from APC. (my heart sank!) APC sent an email confirming delivery would be sent out today. It did not arrive and when I went onto tracking it told me it did not recognise the consignment number which their email had given me! APC have 31 one-star reviews on Yell.com. Why would they use them of all people?

I placed a first order but I am really worried about this company. I registered with them because I was unable to get the wines I wanted elsewhere and because they are organic.
However, I am in a limbo. I registered, ordered and paid and I really don't know if I will get the wine or what. The website is terrible. I got no confirmation when I registered. I emailed them with various problems on the website and I got two auto-delivery responses - one saying they only accept emails from recognised addresses and mine was not recognised and a second one saying my email had been received! One of the wines on the website, was showing as available, but when I clicked on the page a message came up saying the page could not be found and did I want to use a website I had never heard of! The wines were not being added to my basket. I went onto a different browser and tried again and the order finally went through. However, my heart is in my mouth! Are they authentic? Have they been hacked? I don't know what on earth I have let myself in for!

I received good communication including delivery schedule.
Delivery was in substantial boxes and on the day they specified.
