Overall, ViewsBank is not a good survey site.
There are several supposed ways to earn money with this site, the biggest of which is their "UniqueQuote" research project. This sees them use your details to request insurance quotes, and they incentivise you to enrol in this programme by offering "£5 each time your details are used". The problem is they don't. I joined last week, according to my credit report they have used my details for soft searches twice since signing up. I've been awarded no credit.
Outside of this there are surveys, almost all of which are third-party surveys which offer paltry rewards for significant effort (sometimes as low as 21p for a 30 minute survey). You'll also find yourself screened out of most of these surveys without even answering a single question.
Then there are "polls", single questions asked once per weekday, which pay 10p. This is by far the best payment-per-effort they offer, but is a very slow-burn in terms of earning.
Theoretically you can win prizes for engaging with ViewsBank on social media, but given the panel size your chances of winning are virtually non-existent.
Outside of the difficulties actually making any money on this site, there are a host of other issues.
The most frustrating element is the £12.00 payment threshold, which is unreasonably high and seems to be specifically chosen so as to make the average new user unlikely to meet it.
Then there is the fact that they only pay out to PayPal, which seems bizarre in this day and age. Most reputable sites will pay you by bank transfer these days.
Lastly, a word of warning, avoid their forums like the plague. They claim to want to promote an inclusive community but the moderators are clearly curating a community with a very specific politics.
Avoid this one.
EDIT: Have reduced from 2 stars to 1 following the dismissive and concerning response.
To address their points specifically:
They claim that soft searches on my credit report are nothing to do with them. I don't believe for a second that two such searches appearing on the day I sign up for this project had nothing to do with it, especially as I've signed up for no kind of credit, and this is the first such activity in months.
The claim that they believe paypal is the "safest" way to pay participants is ridiculous and very concerning. This is a panel that processes people's full personal data, including for the purposes of obtaining insurance quotes, yet supposedly don't believe they can keep people's bank details safe?
Finally, capping it off with a comment that amounts to "if you don't like it, unsubscribe" is incredibly arrogant and dismissive.
Perhaps Viewsbank would benefit from investing in some actual customer service staff.

I’d like to address a couple of your points.
Terms and conditions for our Unique Quote Research project are clearly available when you signed up to it and at any point after. You might want to check your credit report further though. As you have only been a member for 3 days the searches on your credit report are not from anything we have done.
We try to offer as many surveys as possible to our members, however the amount we have is very dependent on our clients’ needs and the demographics required for each survey. For this reason, we have the third party surveys available for those members wishing to take part in more surveys. We do clearly state on the assignment page that we have little control over them and as we do not share your information with third parties there is every chance you may get screened out and we cannot guarantee a flawless experience.
We make the payments via PayPal as we believe this to be the safest method. All we need from you is your email address and this negates the need for us to hold your bank details.
I'd also like to reassure you that we are not curating a community with very specific politics and our staff are not biased towards any particular political persuasion. I'm sure I speak for all staff in that we would actually prefer it if all polls and comments were unbiased and encouraged friendly and non-offensive discussion from all sides, as it would make our lives much easier. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion after all, and we simply ask that members respect each other's opinions, even when they differ from their own.
I hope the above provides some reassurance that we are working hard to make Viewsbank a fair and safe place for all who wish to use it.

Not as good as it used to be
This survey site has recently been upgraded, with somewhat mixed consequences, as many of the most appealing features have been forgone, such as the ability to respond directly to a poll question.
Removing this feature has led to a plethora of extremely badly phrased questions, with no apparent editing from the Viewsbank Team.

Just to let you know, we do have discussion pages where members can discuss their own polls and other subjects. All admin polls have a discussion page too with a direct link to take you straight to it.
We do also have all of the previous money earning opportunities available on the new site along with a few more.
We regularly check polls to ensure they make sense and if you find any that don't then please report them to us. We'll be only to happy to try and correct them.

We make all payments automatically once the payment threshold of £12 has been reached. Payments are calculated on the last day of the month and paid out on the second Tuesday of each month, via PayPal, to the email registered.
