I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered! Company is an absolute scam . Ordered a patio umbrella at the beginning of April using PayPal. Wrote to them a few weeks later as I hadn't received anything and no tracking information . Got a reply saying it was on its way. Waited another week and wrote to them again and no response.
Contacted PayPal who gave me an immediate refund. Yesterday I received a usb cable which would cost £1 in the shop. Absolute disgrace !

I orded a compact electric car on 5th january 2021 they said the order has been confirmed and they would send a tracking number. It has been over 2months and i have not recieved another email from them even tho i have sent them emails. I have asked for my money back and they just dont bother replying. I purchased the car for a birthday present and as it was quite a reasonable cost as i dont earn much and now im unable to buy mu daughter a present. They say theyre trustworthy. DONT BELIEVE THEM. THEY HAVE JUST STOLEN OFF ME. I REGRET THAT I DID NOT LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE HAND.

where to begin back about mom said to on the 27th I seen an ad from the page selling compact electric cars at a reasonable price so I bought four of them $191 and Somerset with free shipping they accepted my money I got a email back stating so I took pictures of it for evidence they gave me a tracking number I have a picture of it for evidence so I waited more than what they say I looked up my tracking number United Postal Service picked it up and drop it off in my mailbox and told me they delivered it I called him up and ask them where did they deliver it we put it in your mailbox I replied how do you get for compact cars Electric compact cars in my mailbox the package that you sent me what's to paper mask you tell me how's that possible but I will say this a lot of people on here has problems with this people and and I will reply I won't my Hunter and $91 and some I sent back are my merchandise you have exactly one month to deliver or I will be turning this over to my lawyer forget the Better Business Bureau forget trying to recover I'm a credit card I will sue your butt and close you down for good now either you reply to my email that you already have PM me or something I am fed up with your garbage I'm not playing games I'll be waiting to hear from you

This is a scam that was running on Instagram, I purchased the item back in July, and if I was holding my breath I would be dead by now.

I placed and paid for 2 pair of shoes about 4-6 months ago. I contacted them about my order about 2 months ago. They messaged me saying due to covid 19, my order was delayed. Haven't heard anything else! This is terrible, terrible business!!! I hope no one else has to go thru what I've gone thru with this company.

I ordered a christmas wreath for 20.00 and received a 10 cent pillow. The american wreath I paid 30.00 for is worth about 2 bucks, small and made very cheaply. Do not buy from this company its a scam, what is in the picture is not what you will get

I’m very upset that I made a purchase on June 19th, 2020 and still have not received my shoes and now that it’s Sept. 7th, 2020.. I have been back & forth with PayPal requesting a resolve.. I reached out several times to seller but Their email has been taken down..This website is a fake and I want my money point blank period..

I put in a order for 4 or 5 pairs of shoes (over $100) in June 2020, it's is Sept 3rd now so I emailed them to check the status and she asked for a order number and gave a site to check the tracking but when I entered the tracking number it says nothing found, no such number. Hopefully people see these reviews before being played. None the less it seems no one will be getting anything, this site is fake. I hope each one of us reports the site and some how there should be some kind of button to get these sites taken down.

What you ordered is not what you get. This is a scam, first it took over 2 months and after I received what I thought was my order it was something different. I asked for a refund they gave 30% back and an apology. I regret not finding this site, I would have never bought from this place.

I ordered 2 pairs of Sandals on July 3rd it is now August 11th an yet to receive my merchandise never buy anything from this place SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Terrible got the size wrong on my shoes I wear a 9 but they gave me a 5. Also, they gave me a dress that was too tight and the delivery process took about 5 months

I am highly upset I ordered my shoes on July 11 contacted the website on July 24 was told has not been shipped out and when it does I will get a tracking number everything has to be checked individually by hand. It is now August 3, this website is a complete scam do not buy anything off this site I repeat it is a complete scam worst website ever and it’s so sad that people have to scam others just to get our money. Someone needs to report this because this is unacceptable and wrong.

I ordered in May. Complained and received an answer that I can’t return the product. Of course I cant. I don’t have it. I want my money back. I payed for a product was not delivered, I demand my money back. I filled up a complaint with FTC ftccomplaintassistant.gov

Fake site never received my order. It was under Vickyplus. Do not order from them.
