I’ve just booked my 7th holiday through Joanne OMarakli. She is always helpful and nothing is to much trouble for her. It’s now been 3 years I’ve booked through Joanne and will continue to do so.

Grant at Very Holidays was absolutely Fantastic. He was very honest and gave us his honest opinions and perfect advice based on our tailored needs. I would highly recommend Very Holidays and would use them moving forward!!

Absolutely poor customer services, sorry no customer service. Very quick to sell the package however once paid then it impossible to speak to anybody.

All paid week ago l, still haven’t received my e-ticket

From start to finish in the booking process with Grant I was made to feel very comfortable and reassured. The whole procedure was explained in detail and reaffirmed if I requested clarification.
All the documents were emailed to me promptly.

Boss service. I have been using these for a few years now, and they are top draw. Vicky can't do enough to make sure you pick the right holiday and also get the best possible deal.

Booked a holiday to then receive a phone call an hour later stating that if was no longer available but could offer alternatives for more money. Unacceptable. Very bad service. Very misleading. AVOID!

I had a few issues booking on line not very holidays fault, so I decided to phone and glad I did, my advicer took care of everything and even found me a cheaper deal same hotel, location and better flight times.

First time dealing with very and I’m sat here thinking why did I bother searching for holidays Over the past weeks...grant..a very employee has sorted everything on his end with out me doing anything...absolute amazing service...even had to change hotels as my partner wasnt keen...yet that was no problem..sorted in minutes with minimal charge( charge was for the hotel..would have paid a lot more if needed!) now where all looking forward to our holiday!!

Our Trip Advisor was Joanne. Throughout the whole booking process she did assist. Our first issue was the hotel, the room we had booked was sold out after booking to then pay another £20 for the same hotel with a different provider. All inclusive and shuttles booked what could go wrong. Our flight out was a breeze, upon getting to Gran Canaria delayed we were advised our Hoppa had not been allocated to us as 'Maspalomas Spain 2' which was shown on our booking was not correct and contact had been made 10 times to advise this to be changed (I received one text from time of booking querying our shuttle) and promptly called Joanne who confirmed this to be fine and all arranged so I'm unsure what went on. The Hoppa host was very helpful and put us on the next coach, arriving to our hotel around 2 hours later than planned, we missed our evening meal so went hungry for the night...I had to rebook the Hoppa back to the airport myself, which again as first time travellers didn't feel it was me having to do this and having to take time off my holiday to arrange this, it was quite upsetting. Our flight back was a big mix up. We came from Bristol and our flight home had been booked to Manchester. Having arranged a bus back from Bristol this was a BIG concern. After much upset and talks with Joanne and the TUI staff they got us on our flight with around 40mins until our flight boarded. To us the booking ref and time matched up via email but was advised next time to ensure the TO and FROM with flight reference is shown on email...it was a stressful end to a holiday but everything was sorted so I can not complain as such. I would still book with VeryHolidays again

Charlie Warren was great on line and then phoned me to arrange the seating booking and payment the best service we have had from any holiday company on-line she deserve a bonus for being such good help
