Only have compliments to this company. We moved out and in a London three-bedroom flat in the third floor with no lift, which is a lot of work. They packed everything carefully and the staff was very organized and super friendly. They arrived on time, met all deadlines, and collected the cardboxes in a timely manner. Really appreciated the service and would 100% recommend.

We had quite a big move from London to Brighton area with furniture that needed disassembled and tons of boxes and everything worked out very well! We were very nervous for this move but Vertigo managed to deliver a service to a very high standard, nothing got damaged, not even a scratch, they are true professionals !

My family and I give the highest recommendation to anyone looking for a reliable and professional mover. The GM Mr. Iliya was my first point of contact and he was hands on, works on weekends and replies to my questions after work hours. He is someone who promises and delivers with no B.S. His moving crew & team are both nice and delivered the move with positive attitude and pleasant manner. The lift in my old building went out of order so the crew had to move everything 2 storeys but they still completed the task on time and without complaints. They are genuine hard working professionals. I wish I remembered their names but every mover on the team (we had 3 to 5 people on different days) were conscientious and the team leader was an amazing leader and problem solver. Amazing service from beginning to end .

I hired them after a competitive quote and reading the reviews on trust pilot, which in hindsight are not genuine.

The good part first, movers were on time, polite and co-operative. The day the move happened we were happy, but in next 2 days we figured how much it went wrong.

Packing was awful, anything was packed with anything, roughly with no protection. Labeling was close to non-existent and when labelled they still put them on wrong floors.

We only had few disassembly and assembly and all of the reassembled furniture has suffered. A cupboard has scruff marks and dents, both the beds are squeaking as they have not been assembled correctly and my office table is scratched at multiple places, they tried to move it without disassembly and disassembled when it got stuck. Hence, multiple scruff marks on our walls, and on table.

When contacted them, they said it was minor and they will do it when they collect their boxes. After that, they have ignored my messages, maybe this review will catch their attention.

Hire them at your own risk !
Update after Vertigo's reply:
The GM of this company has replied below saying that our photos of damage are silly. This is the respect they have for their customer. Yes we didn't buy the insurance because no one expects so much damage in a single move.

The language of the GM reflects more on him than me. I have written a respectful review with all details and they have no tolerance for criticism or make an effort for improvement. You can guess how genuine a business is when you see such replies, one bad review and instead of taking effort to improve they double down on the customer.

We have refused their offer to return and repair the furniture as we do not trust to let such a group of people in our home anymore.

Efficient, quick, polite!!

We had a really great experience with Vertigo! They reassured us along the way, and took stress away from our big move. We received quick email responses and they were always helpful on the phone too. The packing and moving team were friendly and went above and beyond helping us dismantle furniture and take baby gates off the walls. We highly recommend!

We hired Vertigo Transport for our house move back in November and we are so glad we did! We could not fault their service! Boban was our first point of contact, who was really helpful with arranging our quote and very quick to respond to all of our queries.
It was a fairly big move from London down to the south coast, so it could have potentially been very stressful but the removal team, Niko and George, were amazing and made the whole move very easy and stress-free! They were super efficient and took great care with all of our belongings - They went above and beyond and even helped put one of our beds together at the new house! We couldn’t believe how quickly we were packed from one house and unpacked at the other. I can’t recommend them enough! A huge thank you to the team.

Cant recommend Vertigo enough..Great to deal with and very efficient from the moment i got in touch..
My two removal guys Niko and George were very nice,arrived on time,got straight down to it and were so methodical and fast that they loaded the van in no time..including taking my bed apart..
At the other end they had unloaded,put my bed together and left before i actually arrived so i never got to thank them both in person..
I was dreading the move but thanks to the Vertigo team it turned into a very pleasant and stress free experience..

We used Vertigo Transport for moving home from South-West London to Cambridgeshire in late November. Overall, the service provided from Vertigo was excellent - from the initial video call for surveying the amount to move, to moving day itself. On moving day, we received excellent service from the two movers, who efficiently moved everything from our two-bedroom flat to our new property. We were given a professional, thorough and comprehensive service throughout.
