The experience with Vertigo was excellent throughout. The quote and offer was clear. The team packed carefully, were timely and made the moving experience less stressful. They moved a piano carefully down a narrow staircase in addition to all of our other items.

Nicholas and his team were brilliant - turned up when they said, packed quickly and efficiently, were polite and good-humoured throughout, despite it tipping down with rain during the unpack.
The pre-move process was really good too, Vertigo were flexible and accommodating when our move date kept changing.
The only tiny negative comment I have is that we were slightly over-quoted in terms of capacity - we paid for one v.large lorry and two slightly smaller vans, and only needed one of the vans. The price was still really competitive though, and the other option (being underquoted) would have been much worse.
Highly highly recommended. Would use again in flash.

Wonderful service, very seamless. Would definitely recommend. One of the guys was very accommodating and provided wonderful service. I would have given 5 stars, but the other guy seemed a bit upset and didn't want to carry our suitcases to the loft floor. Even after asking a few times, he left it on the first floor.
Overall a good experience from booking to moving.

Great service, good communication and friendly movers

Vertigo were brilliant with our difficult house move - the video quote they did was thorough, and the movers pre-packed lots the day before our move (on a bank holiday no less!) When we faced an unexpected delay with moving in, they were brilliant at dealing with it urgently and putting our belongings in storage safely until our moving date. They also reassembled our beds and shelves when we did move in. All of the guys were friendly and professional. Would happily recommend their service.

Vertigo Transport were absolutely BRILLIANT! The team of 3 arrived promptly (despite us being in Hertfordshire), with an ample sized lorry for our move. They were careful, efficient, fast, polite. They waited patiently for the short period we needed to go collect our new set of keys. We sat down with our feet up whilst they loaded and then unloaded everything. They brought floor coverings to keep our carpets clean, and clothes to cover furniture etc to prevent scratches. Extremely impressed and I will certainly be recommending them to everyone that is moving home.

Highly recommended, their quote was very competitive (and no extra costs added at any point), the team on the day were fantastic and worked tirelessly to get us moved in. They did a full packing service for us and nothing was broken when unpacked. They were super friendly and polite at all times, would 100% use again and recommend to a friend.

The service was absolutely fantastic. If I could I would rate it a 6!!! George from Georgia was a calming presence and went way beyond the brief of someone moving - offering advice on all sorts of aspects when asked including what was worth keeping or not. Wonderfully considerate, tidy and clean. Finished up the cleaning when the cleaning lady had to leave. The new owners thanked us for leaving the house in such a good state (but I had long gone by then). George also offered to lock up the storage I had arranged and when it proved too big, negotiated that I had storage which cost me half the price. Prior to the move, Valentina was patient, kind and helpful throughout. I cant praise them enough. They made a stressful experience into a professional, seamless process. Thank you so much!!!
