I thought I would follow up from my last review of Vencano, unable to get contact never mind a refund!
After publishing my review on Trustpilot, Vencano suddenly got in touch with me to verify they had sent the order, laughable really, as they clearly hadn’t read what the initial problem was in the first place (getting a refund). Funnily enough after I explained this, they sent me details to the whereabouts and ‘how’ to get a refund. Not that £2 matters in the grand scheme of things, however I purchased the dress for ‘ X’amount, yet got the refund at a price if £2 lower. Even though they promised me a pre paid post, that £5 was also taken off the total.
I can’t tell people not to buy from this company, but I surely won’t be in the future! Thankyou to Trustpilot.

Everything was fine. Good quality. Just some of the items weren't for me. I kept one of the four items. Hopefully the return process will go well. If it does then I will recommend the company and definitely use again....if the return process goes well.

I don't go out for clothes anymore due to covid-19 levels in this state are high. So I shop here and find better prices than I would in stores. I only shop on line for clothes on one other website. Vencano offers nice items for a nice price and offers discounts for multiple item purchases and reviews.

I bought a dress which unfortunately is too short. I am unable to find a way to return it for a refund!
The money £35.07 has left my bank but when I log into my vencano account it says I have no order to return.
Unable to contact this company, no customer service telephone number or email address.

Your customer service is way above average. I was allowed to change the ship to address just before shipping. Your products, generally, are good - only a few that were disappointing. Very cute and sexy clothes - especially lingerie.
