Sam met me at my hotel and guided me through the busy, bustling streets to quiet roads and paved bike paths. We had a beautiful ride. He brought me a gourmet cookie, routed us on the fly to show me an 800 year old oak tree, and got me back to my hotel right on time. He’s amazing. A skilled, friendly, knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend!

Jon Garrett was our guide on our ride on the West Maui Loop. He helped us navigate a challenging ride and made recommendations that made the ride more enjoyable and easier. He introduced us to the infamous Lorraine where we enjoyed banana bread and shave ice. Will definitely hire Jon again

Pepe took us on an amazing ride. We experienced authentic Mexican food and learned so much about culinary traditions .

For my second ride of the week I rode with Diego. He took me on a different route than my earlier ride that week. And again it was a great ride doing a mixture of gravel and the out and back route. It is a very beautiful ride going out the valley east of Bucerías. Diego knew some great routes and some stops along the way. One stop was my first time drinking raw coconut water and eating the delicious flesh on the inside. Bici Bucerías is a great value for a vacation activity. You get a great guide, nice bike to ride and an awesome surprise lunch at the end. As a bonus you may even make a new friend.

Veloguide worked well for us. Diego was excellent and we enjoyed his company. The sign-up for our ride worked well, although it would be easier if husband and wife could signup together with a single transaction instead of separately.

We loved our morning adventure with Diego into a less well known Mexico! Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable and did all they could to ensure we were safe and happy. The bikes were in good shape and adjusted to our body types, the route picturesque, and the pace just right. We will definitely return! To the first time or novice cyclist - be alert to the cobblestone surfaces, speed bumps and potholes!

Highly recommend allowing Lisa to show you what Arizona has to offer. She is very knowledgable about routes, sites, and well connected in the local cycling network. She was easy to talk to and led a great ride!

This was my second bicycle tour with Bici Bucerias and I loved every minute of it! We took ebikes which made the hills doable for me and were able to experience parts of the town that we wouldn’t have known about. Joel and Jillian are gracious hosts who know and love their town and what it has to offer. From craft brews, to Mexican wine and everything you need in between, this tour is awesome!

Joel took very good care of us on our bike ride, they took time to size up the bikes properly which I really appreciated. We visited a few towns up the valley, got a history lesson included. We will definitely sign up for another ride. Good job all around!

Joel was a great guide with local knowledge of the area, even Strava segments. Joel rode with the faster riders and Diego stayed back with the slower riders making it fun for everyone! I plan on riding with them again when I come back to the area.

It was mentioned at the start of the ride that riders out all levels would be accommodated and in my experience that was the case.
The bikes were new and well maintained and the post ride beverages and lunch were tasty.
All in all a great experience.

Best way to see outside of Bucerias. The guides are amazing, the bikes are in fantastic shape. Would book again and again!!!

Excellent ride. Both guides were outstanding. They both took the time to allow us slower riders to catch up. Also shared a lot of really good local knowledge.

Bici Bucerias' bike and food tour was the best! Our guide, Pepe, was extremely helpful whole teaching us the ropes of our e-bikes. He took our group off of Bucerias' main drag and into some restaurants most visitors would not experience without insider knowledge. The food and drinks, from cafe de olla, to mole, to birria tacos, were delicious, and it was great to learn the stories behind the food and the people making it. The tour was an excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to take another one.
