Scam Company - NOT "Risk-Free"
I ordered root cover up powder from this company because the site claims it is a "100% risk free purchase". I spent almost $40 on this but figured that if I got my money back if it was garbage, then it didn't really matter. It turns out that guarantee doesn't exist.
They don't tell you that the items are shipping from China, for one. My product arrived broken and powder went everywhere when I opened it. The bright red powder stained my bathroom rug and almost my stone countertop. The product details claim it doesn't transfer to your skin, but not only did it transfer, but it transferred while I was shampooing it out of my hair. I washed my hair and scalp twice, including with a silicone scalp scrubber and it was still all over my scalp when I got out of the shower. It then also stained my towel, and I had to scrub my freshly washed scalp with a dry q-tip to get as much of this garbage off as possible.
After that, I decided this product was garbage and decided to reach out on the "100% risk free guarantee." Apparently the 100% risk free guarantee is actually only an 8% guarantee, and you are assuming at least 92% risk (which their site doesn't say). In order to get more than a $3 refund, they want you to ship the product back to China at your own cost (again, NOT on their site and that means it is not "risk free"). I told them I would happily send it back to them if they send me a pre-paid label and cover the shipping, as that would make this risk free, but they will not do that. They are up to offering me $7 (wow, a whole 18% refund on a damaged product that doesn't work!), but at this point, I have disputed the charge with my card company because as far as I'm concerned, all the claims on their website are 100% fraudulent (not 8%-18%).
Do not buy here unless you enjoy wasting money.
