Ordered Vegan KitKats well in advance of Valentine's day as a present. And although close to the wire, they arrived on Valentine's day so the missus was very happy.

The second time in succession these guye have messed up my order ..and this time was for my wife's birthday... No apologies or explanation in fact they are very arrogant in the limited communication..guess I won't be using them again .. you don't deserve to be in business...

Excellent!! I love these surprise boxes and such great value for money , I just have to keep ordering them!

If there were the option for zero star I would have used it!
Item dispatched 10 days ago on 48hr tracked, has subsequently been lost by Royal Mail but Veganstore refusing refund until they get the goods back!! Total disregard for customer and their rights also extremely slow response to email.
Don't bother, go elsewhere

I've been using Veganstore for a few years to put together a vegan yule hamper. In the past I've had trouble choosing because there's been so much. This year there was a very reduced list (no breads or chilled items for example). In addition I received three emails in short order: Your order has been dispatched; your order is out for delivery; your order has been cancelled. I had to wait until the recipent emailed their thanks to work out which was accurate. Get your act together, Veganstore, I don't want to have to go elsewhere !

Ordered on the 12th of December, still no update by the 20th, have emailed them several times still no response whatsoever, it's very disappointing as I bought the vegan Christmas Dinner bundle and two vegan hot chocolate kits that were gifts,
all of which looks like they won't be here in time now. After paying £4.99 delivery I'd have thought the order would have arrived in ample time. I will not be using this company again.

Ordered and paid for 3 bottles of drinks for Christmas. Only 1 bottle was delivered with an invoice for all 3 bottles?!
Emailed the company but absolutely no reply. That leaves us short on the chosen Christmas drinks, and also less money in the run up to Christmas.
Definitely won't be using this company ever again.

I created my Vegan Store account in 2018. It's got a great selection of vegan goodies at decent prices. It's more suited to UK residents but may still be worthwhile buying from Ireland (or other EU countries) if your order is pretty big.

DO NOT shop with this company. I've been waiting nearly three weeks for an order, and there has been incredibly poor communication (one message two weeks ago saying some items were out of stock). I've asked them for a refund as the items won't arrive in time, but complete silence. They have no phone number. Really shocking lack of customer service. AVOID at all costs!

Ordered on 29th November, order dispatched on 30th November and nothing received.
I have contacted the company twice regarding my order and have not received a response to assist me with this.

Ordered a variety of items, mostly good except three items where the best before stickers had been half removed and the packets split in the process. Assuming this was done to hide the fact they were out of date I asked to return for a refund. Initially they assured me that they were in date but after again asking to return they stopped communicating altogether. Beware of companies that don't put a phone number on their website.

My parcel arrived quickly. The items in it were good but would have preferred more variety. More snacks and savory and less of the same items.

I have been shopping with Veganstore since the early noughties, when I was living in Greece and just wanted a little more variety, as well as a vegan lifeline. I have been shopping with them on and off since I returned to the UK. What keeps me coming back is the quality of the items, the prompt delivery, and the fact they offer a constant stream of new products - although I mourn some of those lost in the UK's move from the EU.

I think this is my first purchase with vegan store, I was looking for something specific when they popped up so thought I'd give them a go. Quite a few things were on sale which was a nice win. Delivery arrived a day earlier than I expected, all my goods were well packaged including a number of cans which were in their own box within the larger box for added protection.

Most of the items I ordered I've tried before, few new things I'm excited to try. Decided to get the £5 no waste box because I hate food waste and most things are fine way after BB date IMO! I knew it might be risky especially as I'm quite fussy but actually I'm impressed with the volume of products I got for a fiver. A box of D&D truffles, gnawbles malt balls, and about six packs of different biscuits! A lot of biccies for two people but they'll be fine in an airtight tin! I'd take my chances on it again.

Ordered a number of items in late June. Most were absolutely fine, the exception being the £5 Waste Not Box. This was meant to contain £15 worth of items but consisted of a handful of out of date and disgusting tasting chocolate bars. When I complained about this it took them two months to reply, offering no apology and telling me these out of date bars were 'worth £16' and I had good value. Not sure I would use them again.

Honestly I don’t know what all of these 1 star reviews are about... yes postage issues happen but this vegan business does nothing but go out of their way to make sure they’re providing the best service and people complaining about getting “too much chocolate” in their mystery boxes is just silly. Who would complain about chocolate?? We have kids and trying to raise them vegan on top of snacks and lunch box additions can be so beyond expensive sometimes but the waste not boxes are a great alternative to get some Fancy treats We would usually have to march the kids straight past in a shop and not just for the kids But for us too because everything is so delicious!!
I will always prefer to support vegan and conscious businesses over any major supermarket and will keep coming back. Thanks so much for being absolutely ace!!

Ordered several items. Most of it arrived squashed and leaking. Contacted them now 4 times emails and Facebook. No reply to any. Will be contacting Bank for chargeable.
Never use again
