I am writing to share my experience with the coding program my child was enrolled in, and unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing.

We enrolled for a total of 148 coding classes with the expectation of structured learning and consistent mentorship. However, the experience did not meet these expectations.

The most concerning issue was the frequent change of teachers — approximately 5 times during the course. This significantly impacted continuity in learning, as each new teacher had a different approach and there was no proper handover or tracking of my child’s progress.

Additionally, there were multiple instances where classes were missed due to teacher unavailability, and in many cases, there was no prior communication or proactive rescheduling from the team.

The coordination mechanism between parents and teachers was also ineffective. The assigned coordinator did not seem to track:

* Course progress
* Teacher availability
* Missed classes
* Learning outcomes

In reality, the responsibility of following up on missed sessions, raising concerns, and ensuring continuity fell entirely on the parent. This defeats the purpose of enrolling in a structured program.

Another key concern is the lack of accountability. The engagement from the team was very proactive until the payment was completed, but post-enrollment, there was minimal ownership or support. Despite repeated issues, there was no structured resolution process.

Over time, due to repeated follow-ups and lack of response, I lost confidence in the system and stopped pursuing escalations, which should not be the case for any parent.

I have maintained detailed records and conversation screenshots highlighting these challenges and can share them if required for review.

Overall, the program seemed more focused on enrollment and completion of sessions rather than ensuring consistent teaching quality, communication, and actual learning outcomes.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the overall experience for other students and parents.

I paid Rs.36,000 to Vedantu for 60 classes for my daughter before her Class IX finals, but only 10 classes were conducted. The platform often hung during sessions, and despite repeated follow ups, neither were the remaining classes completed nor was any refund given. Parents, please be careful my experience with Vedantu’s personal tuition service has been very disappointing they cheat people.

We enrolled our daughter in Vedantu 9 Pro Classes – Premium Small Batch in June 2025 for the academic session 2025–26. The full fee was paid in advance as per their fee structure, and she was assigned to an online batch.
Right from the beginning, the experience was not very stable. Initially she was placed in one batch which was later changed. Despite attending the classes regularly, we did not see any improvement in her academic performance. In fact, her grades fell considerably compared to her Class 8 results.
The mentor assigned to us always seemed over-occupied, and it was difficult to get meaningful guidance. As for the teaching itself, it felt more like entertainment-oriented sessions rather than serious academic instruction. The focus seemed to be on keeping classes lively and gimmicky instead of ensuring strong conceptual understanding or providing quality notes and structured learning.
After her Term 1 and PT1 results showed a clear drop in performance, we decided in November to stop the classes. Since children already have limited time after school, we chose to focus on self-study with parental guidance instead.
Interestingly, after switching away from Vedantu and focusing on structured self-study, her final results improved considerably. This clearly showed that the issue was not with the child’s capability but rather with the teaching methodology and the quality of instruction.
What was even more surprising was the response from Vedantu. When we informed the mentor that we would discontinue the classes, she accepted it very casually, and we never received any follow-up call or concern from Vedantu regarding why we were leaving.
Vedantu does advertise a refund policy if grades fall, but I chose not to pursue it because dealing with such processes often requires unnecessary time and energy. I preferred to focus that effort on helping my child improve academically.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Vedantu. The platform appears to focus more on teaching gimmicks and presentation style rather than building strong academic concepts and delivering quality education.

Very Disappointing Experience with Vedantu :Very disappointed with my experience with Vedantu. The batch timings were clearly misrepresented at the time of enrollment, and after paying big amount I discovered that the actual schedule was completely different from what was promised.

Since raising this issue, I have tried contacting support and management multiple times but have received no proper response or resolution. It is extremely frustrating that such a large payment was collected but there is no accountability when a genuine concern is raised.

I strongly advise parents and students to double-check all details before enrolling. Transparency and customer support should be a basic expectation when such significant fees are involved.

Initially, I was told the fee would be ₹600 per class. After negotiation, it was reduced to ₹580 per class, which I appreciated. But I was shocked to learn that I had to pay the full year’s fees upfront in advance.

Vedantu advertises “flexible fee options” on their website, but in reality, there was no flexibility offered. There was no monthly payment option, and no partial payment option. On top of that, there is a strict no-refund policy — meaning if after a few months my child does not find the classes suitable, the entire amount is non-refundable.

As a parent, I am willing to invest in my child’s education, but paying the full annual fees upfront is not financially comfortable for many middle-class families. When I requested a monthly payment option, I was simply told to look for other classes if I was not satisfied.

Very disappointing experience from a reputed platform. Good teachers, but the rigid and risky payment policy makes it difficult to proceed.

I had the most embarrassing and humiliating experience with this online fraud named Vedantu. I am based in Canada and was looking for a Math teacher, online. Somehow, I left my details on this website as well. What followed was relentless sales calls. Once I purchased their package, and paid in full, their teacher never showed up in any of the class. No one just cared or coordinated at any stage. I wrote several messages and called several times. Now they have even stopped responding to messages. Highly unprofessional, incompetent and untrained customer care team.

Byju’s is bankrupt not because of their platform, but because of incompetent staff. Vedantu has even worse team and is right on track to be next Byju’s.

Before paying the fees, my only concern was that teachers in India just dont wake up for early morning sessions. Your reps assured that you have dedicated teachers who take early morning sessions only.

Teacher named Hayat Fatima took the demo session. And we paid full fees.

Day 1, Monday, teacher didn't show up. She was sick. Class was rescheduled for Wednesday

Day 2, Wednesday, I dropped a message that I am running late. Teacher replied to that message after 5 hours. Clearly she wasn't there to join the session.

Day 3, Friday, teacher didn't show up yet again. I called the teacher. I called everyone in that so called coordination group. No one picked the calls. Teacher replied back after 5 hours. Clearly she was deep asleep yet again.

I paid for math's. I didn't pay to face all this. When no one coordinated with teacher and no one showed up for 3 sessions, I want to cancel this entire ordeal.

Please refund the full fees amount. I am sure that you will not refund, so I will wait for 24 hours and then proceed with chargeback with my bank. In that case, I will certainly share my experience on all possible online review websites as well.

Hope you will understand the situation. And refund the fees.

Such a dismissive approach towards parent feedback is unacceptable and reflects poorly … i have sent a detailed mail in reply to Google review mail. Kindly get in touch with the team. I don’t how they got this rating. But i would have given negative for pure harassment in the name of courses even after full upfront payment! No strategy! The coordinators are carefree and don’t bother about cancelled classes even after reminders. They don’t answer calls. It is continuous effort to get your money’s worth. Whatever plan was promised by the sales person is gone. A full blown learning lesson on how not to depend on online platforms and rely on local tuitions by teachers.

My daughter had a fun experience in the mental math 2 weeks session. Her teacher, Shaireen, was very enthusiastic and made every session enjoyable for kids. Thank you.

Goodmorning sir/Madam my duaghter named as Ch.Poojasri(Ch.PSSS.Lakshmi) have taken 9th foundation course on 20.06.2025.But she was went to the hostel, what she was already studied at 8th class.we did'nt recieved any books from you yet.Hence kindly refund my fees as much as possible.

Highly Unprofessional Behavior by Vedantu Representative – Mr. Ashfaq

I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and intrusive behavior of Mr. Ashfaq, a representative of Vedantu (+91 81166 48516, +91 80313 32601). He has repeatedly breached basic professional etiquette and personal boundaries over the past two days.

On Saturday night at 10:30 PM, Mr. Ashfaq began calling and messaging me, claiming that my wife had given him my contact details and agreed to complete payment and paperwork immediately. This was completely false. In reality, he had accessed my number through my son’s school ID which has been submitted to him for the demo. When I refused and clearly asked him to call during working hours, he continued sending unsolicited messages. I had to block him.

Despite this, he resumed his unprofessional conduct again on Sunday morning. He started calling and messaging my wife continuously, and even called me at 7:30 AM. I asked him to call on Monday at 12 PM, yet he kept pushing to complete payment and paperwork immediately.

When I expressed my frustration over his repeated violations of privacy and disregard for appropriate timing, he responded rudely, raised his voice, and shockingly said things like “mamuli sa karmchari hoge tum,” “Apne aap ko samajhte kya ho” and “tumhare fayde ke liye call kiya hai.” He then insisted on speaking only to my wife, refusing to acknowledge the disrespectful nature of his actions.

This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, and reflects poorly on a brand that claims to provide a professional and value-driven educational service. If this is the approach Vedantu is using to acquire customers—through pressure, dishonesty, and harassment—it will not only damage your reputation but also erode customer trust permanently.

I urge Vedantu to take immediate disciplinary action against such conduct, train your staff on professional communication ethics, and ensure customer privacy and respect are never compromised. If such actions continue, I will not hesitate to escalate this further through social media, consumer forums, and legal means if required.

Vedantu must understand that aggressive marketing at the cost of customer dignity will only lead to long-term damage and market loss.

I recently had my first counseling session with Vedantu, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The counselor was rude and unwilling to listen to my concerns about my child's learning needs. Instead of a helpful discussion, the conversation felt dismissive, making it difficult to communicate what I was looking for.

Counselling should be supportive and interactive, where parents feel heard and guided. I hope Vedantu improves its approach, so future interactions are more productive and understanding.

I had enrolled my child Vedant for super speaker’s course last 2 yrs back and fortunately he got the guidance from the teacher like Asiya Zaki mam who has been playing superb role till date. My son wasn’t that much spoken kid but since he interacts with Asiya mam every weekend, he has definitely become a confident, verbal and intellectual boy on his own way. So I am here to bestowing my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Asiya mam to keep boosting up his confidence level during the class and to put also efforts to build so friendly and supportive environment around that makes the class interesting and fun for my child and he literally enjoys it.
I would like to thank the group class as well which conducts every Saturday evening to engage kids actively throughout the class and give them an opportunity to speak ability on their own onto any specific topics given by teacher that’s an another confidence booster for kids.

Very bad experience , i have paid my full fee of two year , after one year they have change the time , which is not suitabke for me , i have ask for refund , then they come to inform be they have policy of 30 days refund and refuse to refund me , my complte one year fee , it is totally waste of money and time to send your ward in vedantu

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your platform. I enrolled for your course with the expectation of professional and reliable service, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.

Firstly, I was placed in the wrong class group, despite clearly mentioning my requirements at the time of registration. This was followed by an incorrect batch allocation, which further disrupted the learning process. I immediately brought this to your attention, expecting a quick resolution.

However, even after repeated follow-ups over the past one week, there has been no appropriate action or refund initiated from your end. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing and frankly, unacceptable from a reputed educational platform.

It feels like I’ve been misled and cheated, as I paid in good faith and have received neither the promised service nor a timely refund.

I urge you to process my full refund immediately and ensure this issue is resolved without any further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response till now

My child has enrolled in super speaker's course under the able guidance of Asia Zaki mam . She is so wonderful and make my child so comfortable and boost her confidence making her speak.Due to Asia teacher my child has won story writing competition amongst 600contestants and wherever speech and debate comes my child feel so confident and deliver her speech very well .I am thankful and greatful to Asia teacher for making my child so confident and thank you team vedantu.

Very satisfied with Vedantu classes. My child is enrolled in Super speakers under guidance of Asiya Zaki Ma'am. She is very affable and makes each class interesting. I see considerable change in my child in his speaking capabilities. Am very happy with the progress of Vedantu.

No proper resolution and worst support care personnel, whole operation team are bunch of unskilled, misinterpreting and clueless staff could not handle. They will make you go round and round instead of resolving the issue.
