Received my order today and am delighted with the service, packaging and the products I have eaten today so far (garlic vegan sausage and pate). I have had VBites products before so know the quality I am getting. Thank you VBites for eas of ordering, fast delivery and delicious products. (And very reasonably priced too).

Good products though I am concerned about lack of VBITES interaction with customers and concerns and also saddling up with non vegan companies. The grumps seem to forget who pays the bills but I suspect thats heather Mills for you cos they must be hiding something by staying quiet. Either that or they just dont care which is a big alarm signal before digesting such a company product.

Sells products that are out of stock, then advises you may have to wait 7-10 days for a refund, terrible service, avoid!!

The food was delivered by "luckily" a honest and thoughtful neighbour. The courier let me down this time.

I placed an order a few days ago and it was dispatched quickly. I had a message from DPD to say it had been delivered but it hadn't! Customer services were fantastic and I now have my order. Thank you

I recently ordered one of the bumper family supper kits along with some other items. I had emailed to see when it would be despatched (only to see if I needed to do a shop in the meantime) and I got a response the same day. One of the items within the kit was out of stock so the lady called me to ask if it was ok to send an alternative item so that the order could be sent, which I feel is excellent customer service. The order was received within a few days of ordering. Although I had seen what was included in the kit on the website, my husband and I didn’t quite appreciate how much stuff was included. Fantastic value for money. I am fairly new to eating a plant based diet so haven’t eaten this brand before, but the food is great. The recipe book that came with the kit was also very helpful and has a lot of tasty looking recipes to try. Looking forward to purchasing from them in the future. Thanks very much Vbites!

Goods arrived as advised, well packaged, four days after I placed my order online.

HOWEVER... I have subsequently discovered that VBites markets two 'vegan' cheese products which are actually owned by a British subsidiary (Norseland) of Norway's largest dairy production cooperative, Tine SA!

Therefore, VBites is actually supporting and even promoting the exploitation of animals within the Norwegian and British dairy industries! This does not sit well with my vegan sensibilities, so I am now boycotting VBites until they see fit to remove the offending items from their product range. I encourage other genuine vegans to do the same.

I have used them several times in the last year and only one product was not sent due to being out of stock and that was in the hight of the pandemic. Every other order has been spot on and arrived very quickly. Delivery ranges from the next day to 3 or 4 days after order....brilliant. Food comes brilliantly packaged and with brilliant gel cold packs that we use again and again as a family because they last for several more uses.

Now for the food itself.....absolutely the best I have tasted!!! Their bacon flavoured rashers are the best I have ever had, they crisp up brilliantly and all my children love them too. Their pate and duck style pieces are also the best I have ever tried and I must have tried nearly every company going! I can also highly recommend the Lincolnshire sausages. We are vegetarians not vegans but we eat nothing but vbites now because the food is literally superb!

Perfect company. Great food quickly sent, the orders are always well packed and always correct.

I've ordered from these guys three times this year. Every order had something disappointing happen. Each time I ordered just over £50 of food.

Order one, a pack of sweets was missing. Disappointing but not a disaster. Politely advised them of this by email, they politely apologised and refunded the money within a couple of days.

Order two, took a fortnight to dispatch. They only dispatched it after I sent an email asking where it was. Their website said there was a slight delay and orders would arrive between 5&10 days...
Again, there's a pandemic, I tried to be understanding.

Order three and final order.
Arrived missing two "gammon" joints... so I emailed to let them know, they replied with no apology and very factually stating it's out of stock and they would refund...
They could had let me know before dispatch that it wasn't in stock, offered me an alternative, but no, they dispatched without so much as a word, not even a note in the box... Can't help feeling it was that they were hoping I wouldn't notice...
I waited a month with no refund in sight, contacted, got a reply apologising for the delay and assured I would be refunded asap. Within the week I got a refund for one joint. I contacted again, but this time got an abrupt reply saying I'd been refunded, I stated for one joint and that I'd ordered two, I got a reply saying they had refunded for two, I did a screenshot showing my account clearly with only one refunded, they replied with a screenshot of their accounting software saying they had authorised a refund in the full amount.

At this point I realised I was winding myself up, during a really stressful, busy time (yes I'm one of the keyworkers who has been working crazy hours to keep people safe, no time to rest so to speak) over £5.

I've decided not to pursue the refund, and to not order from them again.

It's really disappointing as their food is incredible and I would had happily continued paying £50 a fortnight for a box of that yummy goodness, but if every order is going to have something wrong with it, I just don't see the point.
