The only reason you didn’t get 5 stars is because 1 of the 2 bracelets I gifted was supposed to be yellow gold (the other was correctly silver) and white gold was delivered.

Good very company to deal with
It has been said that the best time to judge a company is not when things are going smoothly, but rather when something has gone wrong - then you get to really see how well the customer service staff handle problems and interact with their customers. In my case I made a mistake on the order form, but the Vassias customer service staff did everything they could to resolve the problem quickly (despite the frustration of EU customs delays, and Royal Mail taking industrial action).
Ken and his team are doing a great job to please customers. The products are fair value for money, and arrive very nicely presented.

Necklace is a nice looking design but…
Necklace is a nice looking design but the plated finish is very thin and doesn’t look as if it’ll hold up very long.
At the price paid this should have been sterling silver but instead it’s cheap costume jewellery.

Customer support would not fulfill my order
I ordered three pairs of earrings with a "buy 2 get one free" offer. I only received two pairs of earrings. I notified the company and they didn't seem to believe me that one pair was missing.
They even asked me to send a photo of the earrings I received along with a photo of the packaging. What?? I took photos with my phone, but don't know how to put them into an email. Since I advised them of this, I haven't heard from them again.. No more Vassius online shopping for me. (I am a 73-year-old retired teacher and grandmother. I'm not used to having my integrity questioned. I have better things to do than filing false claims. Still can't get over them wanting photos of what I received when they had the order on file. What?? Weird.

Placed order in January still waiting
Placed order in January, 1st delivery the driver took proof of delivery picture from car and did not deliver it, reported it and a replacement package was sent out, with 1 item missing.
I am still waiting for the piece to come in the mail as it has been in transit since April.

Positive customer experience
I am pleased to say that since my last review Vassias contacted me and replaced my item. Shame they wouldn't do it when I contacted them by email but I am certainly happy with the replacement. If we don't encounter a repeat of the issues with the first ring received I shall update again once the recipient receives and has worn her replacement gift
