Had battery 6 months would not honour their 4 year warranty very upsetting would never buy varta again

Terrible customer service i have spent over £3000.00 on there batteries and they won't change a faulty battery which is 6 mouths old been tested by 2 different companies both say the battery is faulty but they won't exchange or give a refund.

Varta batteries were owed by the Quandt family during WW2 who have never apologised for the many deaths of Jewish people who were used as slaves in Varta battery factories and their associated concentration camps. Varta has never compensated any of the victims families.

Very bad customer support, nobody replied to my simple question (date of production of a car battery).
When you call them they say they don’t have this information and you need to fill the form on the website… But when you fill this form nobody came back to you.
Very poor customer support!

Acquistata ma in un anno già due sostituite ,la prima addirittura durata 4 mesi.....delusione

La mia esperienza non è sulla durata della batteria per auto (l'ho appena comprata) ma sulle istruzioni allegate, che sono veramente di fantasia tanto che nessuno, venditore compreso, ci capisce niente.
Spero che la batteria sia meglio!
Purtroppo ora mi sono accorto che la Varta non rilascia alcun certificato di garanzia del prodotto. Il venditore dice che nel caso ci sia bisogno della garanzia basta andare in negozio con lo scontrino (dal quale però non risulta che ho comprato una batteria Varta ma solo che ho speso una certa cifra).
Perciò se il negozio dovesse chiudere, penso che lo scontrino non vale niente perché non c'è una garanzia Varta neanche in Internet, nel sito della Casa

The December 31st 2019 my car won't start.
I call my breakdown cover RAC - membership number: RDI104.
Respons: my battery is DEAD.
The mechanic of the RAC mounts a new VARTA battery, I pay £ 140.99, and I have a new battery with a 5 year warranty.
On 11 May 2020 my car does not start.
I call the RAC again, the mechanic comes and informs me that the VARTA battery mounted the 11 May 2020 is DEAD.
The battery died after just 5 months and I ask for a new battery because mine is under warranty.
Answer: No, the warranty does not apply.
Why this?
I purchased VARTA because it is a great brand, because my guarantee is not valid?
