Recently ordered a coat from there, the coat in the picture was lovely. What came was nothing like the picture/video in the slightest. Not only was the material cheap the coat itself and the hood did not look like the picture represented at all. I tried to arrange a return in which I was offered a 10% refund and to keep the coat which I rejected as the coat was £70. The battering went on until they reached 35% and to keep the coat so which again I rejected I paid 50% of the cost of the coat just to return it back. I haven’t received a refund yet but the quality of their clothes is absolutely shocking.

Cheap coat, terrible material, thin not padded as shown, definitely not water resistant, nothing like the picture, not even the same colour £70 wasted NOT UK BASED AVOID!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM! The photos they advertise look nothing like the item once it arrives and when you request to return the item due to false advertisement they want you to return it back to China which I was quoted £34.50 to return!!!!

I got a coat from here and the link was from Tik tok. The coat looks nothing like advertised, it’s a complete scam and I would not recommend buying from this company.

Ordered a coat, turned up looking very little like the advertised product, zip broke within 2 uses and no way to refund. Avoid like the plague!!!

Theyre just sh*t because they give wrong information to people about the parcel and clearly is a scam ive got a tracking code and on their website it says evri got the parcel but i checked the code evri says we have no parcel for this tracking code and plus they are not even responding its been more than a week i asked them a simple question wheres my parcel i cant get a tracking code no response and i said more obviosly after couple days but yeah no response just avoid buying from them im gonna contact my bank about it

I'd do zero stars. If you want to see who they are they were trading as Victoria Bella - they never gave me a refund despite me sending my DREADFUL dresses back to China. This is a scam: do not use them. Do not be fooled by the photographs. They do not represent the product you will receive.

Ordered 2 dresses in May when they were going by Victoria Bella - very cheap and poorly fitting so contacted them to return. Customer service offered me a 10% return to keep the dresses - I replied and said they didn’t fit and would like to return. They then offered me a 20% refund to keep the dresses but again replied and said they didn’t fit and would like to return and they offered me a 30% refund(!) before eventually giving me their return details. I posted it back to them (a warehouse in China) on the 11th of May and 14 weeks later I have still not had any money back despite the 2-4 week time they gave me. Awful, don’t buy from them!!
