Excellent service from start to finish. A great response from point of reporting the issue to the arrival of an engineer. The engineer was punctual, professional, and quickly identified the issue with the boiler. The repair was carried out efficiently and everything was up and running in no time. He was also very friendly and took the time to explain what had gone wrong and what he had done to fix it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to others - thank you for such a quick and reliable response.

Our air source heat pump failed on Tuesday, when we noticed we had no hot water. After cold showers on Wednesday morning, we called our local heating engineer, who referred us to Vaillant as the fault was a product issue. We called Vaillant who organised an engineer visit for today (Friday), stating we would be notified a time slot the day before. We were then also called by the engineer (no 629), who advised he'd be with us in 20 minutes. On prompt arrival he introduced himself and set about identifying the fault (a cable) and rectifying it. Whilst here, he also made a suggestion about how we could make our system more efficient, and clearly explained what he was doing and why. Very professional and tidy worker. First class!

Great engineer but….

Fixed price service fitted a £21 part for £400 in 15 minutes.

Fault code provided should identify needed part and prices accordingly

Terrible service. I have been without service for over two weeks and have had two engineer visits. From the first one the engineer knew what the issue was but parts approval is stuck somewhere in the system.

Properly useless, stay away from this.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this company. After seeing their sales pitch on you-tube. I felt they would do a good service. I had a service and a minor defect to be looked into that then meant I ended up with no hot or central heating after the approx 5th visit and parts bill. After what was miss diagnosis and no confidence in my boiler that it had been fixed of which is only 7 yrs old! They did refund the initial labour charge (£149) on me stating I had called for emergency assistance and paying for a second opinion on the undertaken work. They then stated that they would not return as couldn’t necessarily warrant work undertaken. They had already charged me for multiple unrelated parts that they felt would resolve the issue (approx.£202.99).

If you are thinking of buying a Vaillant boiler think again. Their customer service is extremely poor. They don't bother to respond to enquiries.

Look no further for the expert in knowledge & customer service; will be recommending to anyone I know who needs work on their heating system. Absolute top notch
