The service was great, After the initial order Utopia asked me about a few things and took on my requests. After a bit of back and forth I changed the order based upon the advice and answers that were given (and my budget was also increased at the time). The computer came a week earlier than expected and it looks awesome. I decided to skip having any lighting kits and one of the purchases lit up my front anyway so that was a nice bonus!

Although expensive I would reccommend to anyone that this service is worth every penny.

Obviously knowledgeable and able to talk in plain language in a confident explanation of the product with good positive suggestions.
Also not pushy and the customer is comfortable with the conversation and future dealings with the business.

Bought a trustworthy laptop from utopia computers a couple of years and due to my carelessness I dropped my laptop which had cause some issues but Sean from live chat help me solve and identify the problem and even provide me with useful information. The best support you can ask for and highly recommend

I called today to ask for help with a macbook that was not charging. I was met with a very polite person on the phone who talked me through some things and that it was probably because of X... but if it wasn't then to bring it and for a diagnosis and went through some options.

I opted to try the suggestion and in the end it didn't cost me anything with the company BUT what I will say is this will bring me back to spend money with them in the future.

Thoroughy impressed and will definitely be back to spend some dosh!

Wanted a custom built laptop for my graphic/web business and Utopia made just what I wanted with the Fury-15 which is a high quality product, however I have had issues with the keyboard not working after a couple of months which they have replaced free on the warranty, costing me over £100 in shipping fees as per normal. The top of the range 144Hz LCD screen has had light bleed twice, due to it being side lit and not backlit and been changed once, the new screen developed two dropped pixels. Utopia has now replaced the screen and and fixed the dead pixels for free as well as replacing the laptop casing that got scratched and dented during transport due to no ones fault. This has resolved all the problems I have had and the customer service is good and responsive.

Went to utopia to order a gaming pc, and didn’t know much about it.
Liam explained what I would need and told me the cost and was happy with my experience and made me feel at ease and they knew what I needed it for and made it to spec can’t recommend them enough absolutely fantastic CustomerService and always happy to help you and explain things

Bought a custom Mech-17 from the team at Utopia and it's been perfect absolutely no problems at all. The website is also easy to use and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly 5/5.

I had their top of the line PC built for me and while they tried to change the case I insisted on the advertised case .
This took a bit longer to arrive as they were out of stock and no longer show that case but they got it in and assembled it .
I must say they were very helpful above what I have experienced before , it arrived on a pallet as it was big and heavy , very well packed even inside the casing to cushion it.
I didn't want Windows as I was installing Linux Manjaro and I was surprised at how easy I was able to install the ISO and even better, my last PC had 2 adverts of the company at boot up , there were none on boot up in my new one ,that in itself was a big plus .
It turned out to be all I wanted it to be -quiet (water-cooled ) -fast and no problems so far .

Would I recommend them ? of course I would !

PC has been brilliant since I bought it, never had any issues. When I was going through the buying process the guys were there to help me with any questions that I had.

Great machine, however had issues to start with, that took months of messing around with to finally resolve. Had to wait over 2 months for a new part which was not acceptable.

Great company, friendly staff. It's really easy to design your system via the website and then you can log in and check progress of your build. Very responsive when I had teething problems. Repaired my laptop free of charge under warranty when it developed a fault after a year.

Straight away from my initial query asking for a PC to do video editing and gaming, they suggest a build well and truely more than capable for my needs (I captured SD footage; PC can handle 4K)

They were able to make amendments and hold the offer for a month. Excellent communications, with friendly advice and quick response by email; working to fit the requirements.

The PC came and it works superb. I am very happy with how it works and will definitely use this company for any PC related goods.

The computer had problems from day one, when it ceased to be functional after a month of frustration I contacted support who seemingly ignored the details of the problem and gave stock responses, when I requested a return to base fix on warranty they informed me it was £25 shipping each way.
I re-installed Windows and started from scratch rather than spend money on a problem that should never have been there in the first place.

The computer is exceptional but I had to muddle my way through countless barriers for it to be even useable, and considering both the price and the fact I have not had such a problem with any other computer I've owned, I'm unimpressed.

So i purchased a gaming laptop customised and costing almost 2 grand..... all is perfect and has been for the 12 months i've owned it so far.

it came with a 2 year warranty on all parts and labour etc. great.

few weeks ago my keyboard started playing up, contacted them, advised i dismantle the laptop myself and clean the connections etc.... wasnt overally happy with that but did as advised, they did give me detailed instructions.

still not working correctly and Andrew (guy i have been dealing with there) has now stopped responding to any of my e-mails....

ridiculous when you spend so much on one of their machines.

A year on almost, September 2017:

Litearlly the day after i posted the previous review, i was contacted by Utopia and a new keyboard for my laptop arranged and sent to me. all repaired and working.

On a sadder note, through no fault of their own, i now have a new fault where the laptop wont boot up (hardware fault) After much discussions with Andrew and technical support they are arranging a courior to come collect my laptop and return it to base for them to assess and repair, that is service! I will update again as soon as its repaired :D

Last two business laptop purchases through them and have been thrilled. They offer customer service you don't generally find any more. Thank you Barry and Utopia.

Great laptop and the best configuration options I've seen anywhere. Fantastic warranty and very helpful staff from start to finish.
