Went to Utopia for my first PC and done the build along experience. Robert took me under his wing and helped me build my first PC and it was one of the most interesting days of my life. I had such a good laugh and was so well informed. Robert was absolutely inundating me with knowledge about how to build a PC, but only because I plan on following that type of career, so it was perfect for me.

I cannot fault anything about Utopia. They are absolutely great.

Also my PC runs like an absolute champ.

Wow ! What an amazing experience!
I have had my new PC for just over 2 weeks and it is fantastic! Build quality and componentry are top notch. Before placing my order I telephoned Utopia regarding a few technical points and received first class and friendly information. I knew then that I was dealing with a rather special company and my order was duly placed. My 'build' was over a bank holiday and I was even contacted about the slight delay this would cause. How brilliant was that? My first couple of weeks with the PC have been brilliant and I have no problem recommending Utopia if you are in the marked for a great computer. I'm into photography and I can confirm that it handles both Photoshop and Capture like a walk in the park. The speed is lightening fast !

Initial findings : these guys took time to talk to me and offer advice without a tedious sales pitch, this impressed me to begin with as I was made to feel like they actually care, a rarity nowadays! I took their advice with the specs of a laptop for image editing with Photoshop. Build and delivery took just 5 days which I found very impressive too! So, after just 6 days with my new laptop I am so happy I have a grin from ear to ear! Best warranty on the market too! More feedback after a couple of months. Thanks Ryan and the guys, appreciate your attention. My sister is about to order a Stratos too.

Bought a new PC setup and everything arrived as expected. Owner phoned within an hour of placing order and talked through details and helped adjust build for best price I could ask for.

2 Weeks ago I bought a new computer after my old one was lacking in processing speed and while it was still good it was a rushed buy at the time due to windows 7 ending its life cycle before I could get a good budget together.

This one was carefully chosen with an increased budget this time around, I listened to feedback from both friends and Utopia and think that I got a good deal out of it. On this occasion I avoid cosmetic upgrades which helped my budget for things that matter (The glass side faces away from me in the setup I have hence why there was not much point getting them).

I have been monitoring how well it has been doing and I am really happy with the result, Helldivers runs very smooth on max settings and will be trying Icarus soon to see if it is the same there.

I purchased the haze 16 and I’ve been blown away. Easily the best laptop I’ve ever owned. My last laptop was only 2 or 3 hundred cheaper than this and it struggled on medium settings. It went that hot I thought it was sure to blow. The haze 16 can handle everything on ultra settings and it runs so smoothly. Played for 4 hours and it didn’t heat up at all. Game of choice is total war warhammer. Not an easy game to run. The staff seem great and keep you informed. Laptop is hand built and put through rigouress testing. They sent me through checklist for parts and the results from the tests. I’d never go back to that nonsense they sell in curries get from these guys.

It took me a while to get the money together for a gaming PC so it was important I got it right and I'm glad I went with these folks. The cost was great, the service was unsurpassed and the quality of everything right down to the packaging of the unit was exemplary.

No issues whatsoever at any point and my gaming rig is outstanding and so sexy I may need to spoon it in bed at night!

Purchased a laptop for work which has been great but the screen developed a manufacturing defect. The team at Utopia went above and beyond to find a fix and get the laptop turned around as quick as possible. Received daily updates from the system builder (Barry) and got the laptop back in 3 working days.

Bought a haze 15 for drone video editing and social media use, fantastic laptop,order to delivery was fast even with upgrades to the laptop,a personal email from one of the employees as to when the laptop would arrive and any extra help I might need was a good touch

Just like to say a big thank you to the guys excellent service from start to finish. Their knowledge and expertise made the process really easy all I had to do was tell them what games I played and they built a pc to those requests and affordable price aswell. I highly recommend this company if you're in the market for a pc laptop etc give these guys a call first you won't regret it. Really happy with my pc thanks again.

Wish I recieved a better packaging specially after spending 350£ on PSU you would expect a decent packaging because the box was quite damaged and holes in it.

The service provided by Liam and the rest of the Utopia team is outstanding. I visited the shop one day and by end of business the next had an excellent new laptop, all set up with everything transferred from my previous laptop and a new back up hard drive. Liam's patience and careful explanation at handover were superb. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

bought a laptop (Haze 17) from them. overall the quality of the laptop is good, with all extra features like RTX 3060 and cooler gels etc. (all as stated)
It has been delivered in good condition.

the website is good and comfortable to use, as well as the chat option, quite helpful as well.
I have been owning the laptop for about a month now (not so long but enough to gather an opinion about the laptop).

the main problem I currently face is that if unplugged from power socket, the computer takes a longer time to load up (in comparison to when plugged in), and if you try to open something straight away as it loaded, the computer lags and freezes, and you then need to wait until windows restarts it self.

UPD: This problem doesn't occur now. Maybe this problem was linked to the faulty disk that I had (read below).

As well as this, my computer has got some problems with seeing the D disk, and you have to do some magical dances to make it see the disk again.

UPD: Utopia Computers team have contacted and sent me out a new disk. As a result, the problem was that the disk itself was faulty)

Laptop has a competitive pricing in comparison to other laptops with similar hardware installed. However in comparison to this laptop's competitors, those will generally have slightly more features/software for the laptop.

overall the laptop it self is good. The pricing is fair, not too expensive.

UPD: Has now been over a year as I own this computer. Slightly embarrassing to re-read this review, as a lot of stuff said as a result, turned out to be wrong, so had to be (and was) deleted. The Laptop works absolutely well, all the problems mentioned above have been resolved and I am happy with the laptop :)

Love my PC. I'm reviewing after having it for a couple of years and it's still an amazing machine. The support I've received from them as a noob to custom builds has been exceptional (whatever they're paying Sean it isn't enough). I'd recommend to anyone.

so, I have got a MAME (multiple arcade machine emulator) cabinet , in my bedroom, and, have had problems with it, in the last 2 years or so. But, utopia know their stuff, as they have fixed the computer, that controls the arcade machine, on both occasions. I recommend this company highly

Had a few issues with the mousepad not working right but otherwise no major problems. I will say their repair and support department are amazing, I had to send it back in after I spilled something and not only was the cost very reasonable but the turnaround was very quick.

Excellent service, good communications and quality products. Highly recommended.
