Very impressed. The service was exactly as described. I received a quote quickly and even though I took a month to decide, Sam still honoured the original quote. I posted my item and received the payment in full as soon as it was delivered 2 days later. Super straightforward and would definitely recommend!

Don’t bother with this company. They don’t even have the courtesy to reply to you, after filling out a form regarding what you have to sell.

Don’t bother. I’ve submitted requests to sell camera equipment twice. Get a response saying that they’ll reply the next day. But you never hear a thing. Not sure I’d trust them now even if they did reply?

I spent a day sorting out all my old cameras and camcorders. Ok I know they probably aren't worth much and filling in Used Camera Buyer's form was an incentive BUT - the forms were never acknowledged - and neither were two follow up emails.
Sadly all a waste of time

I am very happy with my experience. They got back in touch within 24 hours of my referral and an I was very happy with the quote they offered me. I was sent a prepaid label and heard back within a few days of posting. The money was in my account as they said the day of them getting in touch to confirm they had received my camera. Very good service, shall definitely recommend to friends and family.

Price quoted was the price paid, no problems here.

Wanted to sell my camera, whatever questions I asked they didn't answer, didnt bother providing me with a phone number to contact, set the wrong date for a courier to pick up my equipment and didn't clarify about it when asked. From there on it just got worse - they said they will make me a payment of £1400 but never asked for any of my bank details and then stopped communicating. Shady, unreliable and questionable at best. If you want to sell your camera safely this is probably a bad option.

Update as of 25/01/2018: Yesterday I have received further communication asking me to remove this review. Today I received the following email: "We have your personla, details. Remove that review." Not sure if this is meant as a threat, but it does not sound good.

Great stuff. Offered me a part-exchange price on my kit equivalent to a pretty good price on the big auction site (once you take all the auction site fees into account!)

The whole process was smooth, including courier collection at the beginning and next-day delivery at the end. The communication is clear, professional, friendly and quick, and the item I bought was just as described.
