Garbage. Item was the wrong style and colour when it arrived and I had to pay to return it.

Please, beware of this website. It is 100% scam!

You pay, and there is no phone number. You get phishing emails saying you bought bitcoin, not the goods. All numbers mentioned in their email communication are fake.

The interface is set up via shopify, which means it looks legit, but it is not.

When you get an email with the tracking number, the number is fake. They make even no effort to try to make it as a real (DHL) tracking number.

I reported this e-shop to the Police in the UK. I also sent numerous e-mails to notify PayPal and DHL that they are phishing using their brands.

On top of that, this website (urbanexcess.com) is linked to article-london.com. Same scam website.

Btw. do not trust the store's address on either website. The store is inside the arcade, and you cannot check via Google Maps whether it is real.

Do not make the same mistake like me...

After this review was published, the merchant contacted me, claiming the order was shipped and provided yet another tracking number. This contradicts earlier information and reinforces my concerns that this site is nothing but a scam which sole purpose is to rob people in a broad daylight.

Do not use, never sent my refund for the order I received. Never replied to my emails either. Scammers

Was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews.
Before ordering I contacted customer services to check item I wanted was in stock. Got a response within hours.
Placed order and it was delivered within a couple of days despite being over Christmas period.
So good service in my experience.

Ordered a load of clothes, paid for next day delivery, it said it was delivered but I received nothing, not heard from customer service, unable to track package through ‘TNT’…
I this is a scam website

I recently ordered an item which had an issue with the delivery, which I didn’t receive in the end. When I raised it with urban excess they immediately sent me out another item which I have received straight away. I honestly cannot fault them at all, really amazing service and a quick, helpful response.

I made an order and submitted for payment without realising I had finalised the order without requesting 1 day shipment ofr a birthday present. In addiiton I couldn't add the 10% discount code as it was emailed to me too late. I immediately messaged Urban Excess and they responded very quickly, sorting my issue and refunding the discount. Great communication and very friendly and efficient.

Great service, competitive price and speedy delivery. Special mention to Sara who quickly and efficiently answered my query. Recommended

Sara was so helpful when I had an issue with my trainers which was no fault of theirs.

There was a bit of a hiccup with a return, and the customer service helped me out very quickly

Customer service is excellent. There was a manufacturing fault with my order, the stitching had come undone after only a few weeks of wearing them.

I notified Urban Excess of this and they offered a handful of options to compensate me. In the end I received a full refund.

I’ll definitely be using Urban Excess in the future.

Purchased a lovely shirt that wasn't cheap, only to notice there was a slight fault and part of the stitching had come away in a small section of the shirt. I spoke with the team and they kindly offered me a discount on the product as an apology and allowed me to keep it as it was the last size. The team were great at understanding and cooperated well with me. Thank you!

There’s not very often you find a company that values customer service. Their customer service team have been absolutely brilliant in dealing with an issue I had with my order. I’m now one happy customer.

Great company to deal with. I was a bit dubious to order after reading some of the reviews but I am pleasantly surprised. My order was despatched pretty much straight away & I received it the next day. No complaints here

Fast response to several queries, simple to understand

Company website glitched while ordering, checked to make sure I hadn’t been charged for trousers or sent confirmation email. Bought again and was charged and sent two pairs. Emailed instantly, received reply 4 days later saying orders had been dispatched. Told to return using website so I wouldn’t be charged for postage, website didn’t work properly so had to return myself. Did not receive refund on postage and refund took over two weeks to go through. No contact number for company and emails take a number of days to respond to.

I was not able to get anyone on the phone to help me with my order. Had an issue with the subscription code and the pricing on one of the item.

I completed the contact us form online requesting assistance. But if I’m honest I didn’t think I’d get a swift response. I was wrong.

Received a response from Sara and she was class. Helped me out and sorted out my issue which meant I was able to place the order I wanted.

Looking forward for my parcel to arrive now.

I returned an item from them exactly as instructed and have proof of return via DHL. Despite this, I have received no confirmation, no refund, and absolutely no response from Urban Excess.
I've sent multiple emails and given ample time, yet the customer service remains completely unresponsive. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be ignored after doing everything correctly.

If nothing changes, I will have to escalate this issue through consumer protection channels.

In short: Avoid shopping here if you value proper customer service and timely refunds. Urban Excess has been nothing but unprofessional.
