I was utterly amazed at the efficiency and close communication of the staff at Urban with myself. I have never had dealings with an on-line letting/sales agent before. As far as I am concerned they exceeded any expectations that I had. Up to the minute texts of people interested in my property and a performance indicator off all those who viewed on the major websites. I was completely taken aback by their incredible dedication to ensure the best service possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone without reservation! I will certainly use them again. I saved so much money. It's Urban all the way for me. I will never ever use a High Street Estate agent again as I have done in the past.

I rented my flat out through Urban.co.uk . While there are many online estate agents in the market, I chose Urban as they are highly rated by both the industry and customers. I initially listed my flat before Christmas and it was a bit of a slow starter. During that period Urban supported me by doing a rental comparison/analysis to ensure I was asking market rent and reviewed my ad to give advice on how to make it more marketable. Once I had selected a suitable tenant, they were on hand to help with referencing the proposed tenants and making sure I complied with the new 'right to rent' obligations. I liked their 'chat' feature on their website as sometimes I just had a quick question and it wasn't convenient to call. Overall, my experience with Urban was very positive and I like how responsive they were and were always on hand to help with my (many!!) queries. Thanks Urban (especially to Olivia, Ollie and Daniel), I will be using you again. I have already recommended Urban to a friend who has also instructed them on his rental.

I would not go back to the old way of estate agents. I found this process much more efficient. You can edit your descriptions change photographs yourself etc and they are changed on rightmove a couple of hours later. You can have immediate communication to speak to potential buyers etc - it really speeds up the whole process.

Urban were very polite, professional and always there to help. I will use them again in the future.

I would recommend Urban to any landlord who wants a quick and efficient service. The communication is very easy, the advice comprehensive.

We used Urban because of their excellent online reviews and competitive pricing. There's always a bit of uncertaintity and skeptism about new ways of working, particularily if you've not moved house in years. But Urban were excellent and we really didn't notice any difference between the level of service we received from Urban or our seller's estate agent, who were equally as effective. What trumps traditional agents are the fees, Urban's are considerably lower. We had STC within 12 weeks of marketing the property and had the flexibility to arrange viewings, take photos, and set our house price. Overall, great quality, service and communication. Oliver was particularly helpful! Thanks again!

I can't understand why anybody would use a high street agent anymore. Urban do an excellent job for a fraction of the price, they are efficient, polite and have great customer service. I intend to use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very good customer service. It did, however, take almost a year to sell my House.

This is the second house we have advertised with Urban - the first one sold very quickly following a long and protracted non sale with a high street estate agent. Unfortunately the opposite was true for the second property - it was advertised for four plus months with Urban - 15 viewings! - no offers so we changed to a high street estate agent and sold within the week! I think this was because it was a bungalow and possibly Internet selling for that particular market is not appropriate. Throughout all our dealings with Urban I cannot fault their service - they return calls promptly and deal with all requests in a timely manner - Thank you Urban, in this day and age customer service is often not great but yours is amazing 👍🏻
