the aftersales is rubbish - they dont tell that if you repair a Vossen wheel then the lifetime warranty is voided

Poor quality painting only interested to your payment. And not accepting back job painting after missed to paint the car door handle. Never use this garage again nor to recommend.

I recently purchased a defender 90 with a full urban kit on. The salesman I was dealing with (Aaron) was extremely helpful responded really quickly on the emails sorted out my personal numberplate different wheels, which I wanted the whole experience from start to finish was just perfect! I purchased a stock Urban defender November last year, very smooth professional process facilitated by Alex at the dealership. Delivered the car to my house and organised for reg transfer and several other after sales requests. Now I have had the pleasure of also dealing with Luca in the workshop facility for some more fine details to be done to the car. Another first class experience, nothing is too much trouble for these guys, service and customer experience is better than any other car dealership I've purchased from before. I will be a long time returning customer, I've already been looking at the next vehicle spec after private walk round of the workshop facility where all these incredible cars get Urbanised! Luca and Alex are a credit to Urban Automotive, it is clear to see this company is built on great customer experiences to go with best in class vehicle customisation.

What separates a top class service from others is after care. Urban carried out a conversion for us which was done to an unbelievable standard, given that we are in the same industry we obviously have an eye for paintwork etc. The conversion was absolutely perfect. However once we had the car back there was a very small issue with the parking sensors. With no hesitation the car was collected by a transporter, issue rectified and returned. We was kept in the loop throughout the process, and completely kept up to date. Lenny was spot on with absolutely everything and I can’t recommend him enough personally also. We normally don’t leave reviews but when you receive outstanding service, we feel it’s worth mentioning! 10/10 thanks again

Can't speak highly enough of Urban, Heather was great despite me occasionally changing my mind and changing the dates. When I arrived, we walked through the factory discussed in detail everything I'd ordered to make sure I was happy. The Defender was complete and handed back on time. And what they have done and the attention to detail is outstanding. First class service, highly recommend!!!

From the first initial call to dealing with Heather in sales, Urban & Heather's service and attention to detail were first class. Nothing was too much to ask and the quality of their work is second to none. Great advice, work completed ahead of schedule, and a smooth drop-off and collection. Emailed an enquiry for a new Defender 5 weeks ago (27th Feb) and no response from them whatsoever and followed up with another email on 21st March. (both on their own enquiry system and both emails auto replied at the the time) Got a mate who knows Simon to contact him and promt him (twice) but still nothing. Clearly got far too much money to bother replying to customers and dont want or need any more business. I'm sure theyre extremely busy, but at some stage in the future they might be glad to receive serious enquiries? No decent company can afford to ignore enquiries surely?

Their products are substandard and will cheapen your car. Rubbish CS and an arrogant so called manager. No refund offered, no exchange offered. If the product was worth more than I paid (£18 wheel cap) then they would have felt the wrath of my legal team. Avoid this company like the black plaque

I asked for a quotation for a New set of wheels for my Defender, I received an email that evening listing all the prices.
Dan (Parts manager) answered all my questions and processed the order efficiently. I received the set within 2 working days, well packaged and excellent quality. I would definitely order from these guys again and would give them 10/10 for customer service and high quality products! Plus I thoroughly enjoy watching your YouTube channel keep up the great work !

Paid for two E tech linen fresh and they have only sent one, emailed them and as yet no reply

Never buy from them online. They charged me 238 Pounds for a shipment which was much smaller and cheaper. I also asked for a refund and they never even answered me again. Avoid them.
