UnlockStore 

This was my first time using UnlockStore and I am very happy I did!
I had bought an iPhone on ebay and it was supposed to be unlocked but I found out it wasn't so I went through UnlockStore myself to have them do it. Also the guy I bought it from on ebay reimbursed me and said he was now going to use UnlockStore for all his phone sale unlocks in future!

I had an appointment to get a phone contract and SIM card here in France and could not get it without making sure I was unlocked and I just had a few hours to go....so the person on the Helpline made sure I was all set to go!

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to unlock their iphone for around 21 dollars they completed the job in around 9 hours and I wasn't expecting it done until tomorrow but it was complete and I am eternally grateful thank you

No di las 5 estrellas SOLO porque creo que a la empresa le falta dar a los clientes los pasos a seguir luego del pago. I was disappointed with the service and care of you. I bought a service which I really needed, the deadline for receipt was 6 hours and it took weeks until I receive it. I got it when I no longer needed it anymore and only after I have already requested my refund. I sent several emails and you have not responded and I had to insist until my money was returned. I do not recommend the site to anyone.

Hey, you were asking my opinion about Unlockstore.in. As you know I'm a professionel unlocker. Unlockstore.in is one of the unlockwebsites I use. Well, compared to the others they have good prices for several providers. The time they need to unlock is average. The unlock works, all the phones they say to be unlocked are.
So far for the good news. All the websites have two things that can be so much better.

First I'll tell you how I manage the expectations of my clients. You know them, a lot are impatient and some are suspicious. They pay in advance for something they hope to get in a few days or weeks. I tell them when the unlock will take place. My reference is what f.e. Unlockstore.in writes on her website. If the unlock takes place two weeks too late, the unlock is free of charge. I had to do that to keep the few violent clients patient. Well it works.

I wished Unlockstore.in did the same. It costs me money and I realize it will cost Unlockstore.in also money. On the other hand; if I dont I will loose a lot of clients. So I say to Unlockstore.in e.o. realize what kind of clients professional unlockers have and manage that (better).

What Unlockstore.in e.o. also can do is improve their tracking system. Now it says nothing that is usefull in managing the expactation of the client. Make clear the steps in the process and how much time each step will take. Or/also, like on the busstation or Disneyworld, give an indication how long it takes before "the bus" is there.
Maybe then I dont have to reject clients who I expect to be too impatient.

The second point is the helpdesk. When they are available they are mostly good. But when I need them most, they are closed. Probably due to the timedifference India/Western Europa. You can understand that doesn't work.

Well, a bit of a long story. I hope it helps you to make a choise.
