Universal Star Registry 

This is a great idea for a present. Bought it for my boyfriend and he loved it.

What I really liked about this specific company is you can choose the constellation so my friend and I could be up in the sky together forever (sounds mushy but there ya have it lol) arrived really quick (nxt day) and was full of great bits, well worth it :)

It was alright but having paid for the premium delivery we were incredibly disapointed when there was a major delay which ruined the surprise of the gift and the significance of the event. Customer service was below par.

i bought the star name for my husband as it was our 25th wedding anniversary and i was determined to get him something different as he really deserved something extra special. To say he was speechless was an understatement ( and hes never short of words ) he was so thrilled that id gone the extra mile for him, hes had the certificate framed and it hangs in pride of place in our dinning - room, and he will chat about it to anyone who will listen over and over.

I really liked the idea of being able to buy a star and make it a personal gift. It was easy to do and very efficient.

every aspect of my order was wrong when it first arrived: incorrect spelling of the name on the keyring, wrong name altogether on the certificate, wrong date.

however, they did replace it immediately when i rang through.

I paid £69.99 for the Gold Package, plus postage and packaging, totaling £74.99. The gift arrived and the frame was badly marked and looked very cheap. Not what you would expect for the price paid. I had to buy a new frame to put the certificate in and get the certificate professionally cut to fit the frame. After calling Universal Star Registry I was instructed to return the frame costing me a further £10.00 postage. I was refunded £16.69. I think this is ridiculous after having spent a total of £84.99 not to mention the cost of buying a new frame and having it cut to size. Having expressed my dissatisfaction over the phone, the response I got was very unsympathetic and unapologetic. Very unhappy with the gift and the service and not worth the money paid. I would strongly not recommend this company.

Not only was the pack delivered less than 48 houres after ordering, it is superb quality and a real bargain.
A more fitting tribute to my late partner I cannot conceive of.

I bouhgt this pack for my girlfriend's birthday..there delivery is good,certificates inside are perfect.but the CD they gave for the software is not working.Other than CD rest is all as expected and good.

I bought this as a Christmas present, which I found as a brilliant idea judging from the website offer. But when I received the package it didn't really live up to my expectations. The resource sheet looked like it was just printed out from any website and the CD doesn't open up and I still haven't figured it out yet. It doesn't give me any explanations what to do.

The software was old and dated, I was charged £5 for special delivery and specified the date; the product was sent recorded delivery and turned up 3 days early and only cost £1.56

the gift arrived swiftly and my nephew was chuffed to bits with his 'unusual' birthday present. Easy to order, professionally presented and a unique way of celebrating a special event (his 18th). Would definitely use this company again.

I purchased this gift in memory of a dear friend and sent it to her family. They really liked it and I it made me feel happy to remember a dear friend and acknowledge her special day. When words sometimes are not enough, this is a really beautiful token of love and acknowledgment. The gift arrived on time as specified too.

On the Internet it states £5 for special delivery, my star was sent just recorded delivery (doesn't really matter, but still not what they said) but mainly, my certificate didn't come with a wax seal on it as stated. A phone call rectified this and a new certificate was sent out, very nice people, but shouldn't have happened.

Very quick delivery. Pack has a pretty design and comes with a lot of relevant information.
The certificate looks nice, however is crowded with slightly too much information.

IF YOU WANT TO SURPRISE ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY THEN GET THEM A STAR THEY WILL BE SO PLEASED WITH IT AND SHOCKED AT A LOVELY GIFT THEY HAVE RECIEVED.

The product and service was exceptional. The only bit I found confusing was choosing a consultation. I would highly recommend you to someone who is looking for that special gift for a loved one.
