Great carpet and fitting

Beautiful lounge carpet
The staff at the shop were really lovely, helpful and friendly and we're flexible with the price. The carpet is lovely there was a little blip along the way where the carpet was out of stock but the staff found another supplier to get us the one we wanted.

Good quality carpet, great price after a bit of negotiating. Fitter was very experienced and did a great job. All in all, quality from start to finish.

5 stars can't fault one thing
5 stars can't fault one thing allowed us to have our carpet done earlier than planned due to work being done quicker absolute great service instore warm and friendly welcome will be ordering more soon once other work has finished would recommend to all family and friends

Quality at an affordable price
Staff were excellent even though the environment was freezing.
Fitter did a great job and made us check at stages while he was fitting carpet for our approval.

I’ve just had the whole house carpet and vinyl flooring, the salesman James at Wolverhampton was great. He listened to what I wanted and talked me through the process. The turn around of sorting everything was really quick and easy. The carpet fitter did a brilliant job and worked hard to get it done around my timings. I am very glad I chose United carpets. I would 100% recommend them.

Fantastic service
Visited the Wolverhampton site in October 2023 for a quote for ca new carpet. The customer service was exemplary and very friendly. The quote we received was fantastic and the fitting date we requested was met without any problem. The carpet fitter did a fantastic, quick job and the carpet looks and feels

The Wolverhampton branch of United…
The Wolverhampton branch of United Carpets were amazing from start to finish.
Lots of carpets to select from. We were able to take home a carpet sample book to try colours against our colour scheme.
Our room was measured the same day as we visited the branch and carpet ordered the same day too.
The quality of the carpet and underlay are fantastic. We are very pleased with our choice.
Our fitter was outstanding! He couldn’t have been more helpful. The carpet was even hoovered by the fitter before leaving.
We have used the Wolverhampton branch before and were extremely happy back then. It will always be our first choice when completing other rooms in our house.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Great service
Went looking for carpet for hall, stairs and landing. Had a great deal from Craig, no pressure and very helpful. Kept us informed throughout and was fitted perfectly by a great fitter. Very pleased, again.
