Best carpet we have had fitted
From choosing the carpet to the carpet being measured and then choosing the date to be fitted we would definitely be recommending United Carpets to our friends and family. The Carpet fitters informed us in advance when they were going to arrive to fit the carpet. It was just a great friendly and helpful service. Thank you so much.

Manager of shop was very helpful and finding the carpet within 10 minutes of entering shop was a bonus. Everything was arranged for fitting by the manager as and when needed. Also the carpet fitter was very friendly and very efficient at laying the carpet. Would definitely use United carpets again

I went into United carpets with ideas of the flooring and carpets I wanted and on arrival the guy was very helpful he phoned up to see if the flooring I wanted was in stock which it was and also the carpet was already in store on a roll

Very pleased all round
Very pleased all round. The salesman helped me to choose a colour carpet to match the colour of the rugs on my stairs (I took a sample with me).
The fitter was very friendly and patient and even had time to play with my boxer dog. He was polite and courteous and even asked if it was ok if he played his radio while he worked. After he finished he asked me to check the fitting. I was very pleased with the completed finish.
I would use again.

We purchased a carpet for our lounge, the service we recieved from the guy in store was very good, he didn't bother us until we needed him. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The guys who fitted the carpet where professional and quick at there work. 10/10

Fitting wasn't great
Fitting wasn't great, nearly broke my neck tripping over a carpet gripper that wasn't fitted correctly...Good job my 80 year old dad wasn't visiting. Made a total mess of my wood work on the stairs ...maybe unavoidable but the fitter never said a word about the damage that was being done. Carpet is nice...but I will go back to smaller companies next time...better service and you don't get left with the offcuts after fitting.

Long wait.
After waiting nearly 4 weeks for my order wrong one was sent but waited that long put it down any way as it
was only for the bathroom.
I have bought before from same shop and had no problems.
