Good value for money
Good value for money. Callum helped me find flooring solutions within my budget and couldn’t have been more helpful. When there was a delamination issue with the carpet we chose, he gave us lots of notice so we could either delay fitting for new stock to arrive or choose a different carpet. Neil was our flooring fitter and his expertise, knowledge and experience shone through. We could not be more pleased with the job he did. Would 100% recommend and will definitely go back to them when we are ready to do the flooring in the other rooms.

Fantastic Fitting
A big thank you to Neal and Ben for their fantastic service when fitting the carpets. Two lovely gentlemen who went above and beyond (even working into the evening) to fix an error that was outside of their control!
The rest of the service was easy & straight forward, although it took longer than expected and required some chasing from my side. Overall, the carpets look good and I’m happy with the service.

Fabulous
I had vinyl flooring fitted from United Carpets in Northfield Birmingham yesterday and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience from start to finish all staff very accommodating to my needs the fitters Neil and Ben were very polite,well mannerd,friendly and worked really hard very hassle free experience all round I am very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend with out a doubt well done guys for your hard work and commitment 💪 10/10

Bedroom Carpet
Yes I am very happy with United Carpets they fitted a carpet in a spare bedroom. Dad and Son duo was very pleasant and friendly. And did a fast efficient professional job. And i will be using United Carpets in the future very happy.

In store was fine however..
My experience in store when picking my carpets and flooring was fine customer service was great, however when it came to fitting I was a little dissatisfied, I feel like not much care was taken when laying flooring etc scuffs and adhesive and carpet fibres stuck on my walls/skirting, on my stairs underneath the carpet is lumpy and on one step on my stairs the carpet is tucked right round the edge of the step but not on the rest, and the carpet in one of the bedrooms has a big crease in it and dosent sit properly, also doorbars are not fixed down. Quite disappointed on the fitting side but had to just move in and never got round to complaining so can't comment on customer service regarding complaints.
