Staff were helpful, took the time to find what I was looking for and provide advice on a separate matter. They were accommodating when I had to change the delivery day due to a leak. Fitter arrived when expected and the carpet was fitted well. All good, nothing to complain about.

Very straight-forward process. They had exactly what we wanted, at the right price and could fit it within a few days. Friendly, helpful and efficient in store staff and great carpet fitter. Have bought from them before and will do so again.

Had a fantastic experience at the Dudley branch we brought some lovely laminate they helped with the measurements as I only work with ft and inches we even had a discount, we had a box left over took it back and had a refund with out any fuss as I'd forgot the receipt well done to the Dudley team and thank you

Great service
We ordered carpets for our new house from the Dudley store, the chap who served us was very helpful! On fitting day Chris the fitter was brilliant, on time, did a great job, he even measured our stairs landing and hallway, we were then able to phone another order through and pay over the phone, saving us a trip into store! Great service! We will definitely be using them again in future to finish our other rooms! Thanks again Chris and the team we are very pleased

Good service. Appreciated that I was texted a time frame between the time when delivery would be made. This allowed me to get myself ready and prepared. I also appreciated the fact also that the delivery men assisted in disposing of my bed and pulling the base apart as I had just done surgery on my hand and couldn’t do much less I aggravated the cut.
