Zero stars if I could give them.

I tried to get a replacement three gun safe when the original arrived faulty and opened a return "ticket" on their website. No reply. No reply to the second ticket raised and couldn't get them on the phone either. Two emails (you've guessed it - no reply). Had to submit all the communication evidence to my credit card company and after months of waiting got a complete refund. All I originally wanted was an exchange!

Agree with everyone else . Bought gun safe and internal safe was faulty, hard company to deal with, I sent pictures etc and said I would have to send back, and I said that's ok send me a new one and they said no we can't do that we have to look at it first and have also read other reviews that they didn't issue refund . Back and forth I gave up and kept it way things looked I might not even get money back and have to pay for delivery aswell . Joke of a company

Beware!!!

I bought one of the Ultimate 6 Gun Safes through the Ultimate Safe Trading company HRH Hill. Although the safe arrived, it came very badly damaged. I contacted HRH Hill and initially received a message from the customer services asking for photos. I sent the photos but haven't heard anything. Ive been on at them several times and have now given up hope. Spend your money elsewhere.

Avoid at all cost. They are a joke of a company. Ordered a safe at start of August for delivery at start of September. Notice on the site the pre-order date had moved to end of September tried to call various time no answer emailed and eventually got a one line reply that item was not in stock. Asked to cancel order or replace with another model no response. Told them to cancel order no response. Told them I would claim refund by credit card company and still no response. Got a text yesterday that the safe would be delivered today tried to call them but again no response. Refused delivery of safe today and have tried to contact them again but as always no response. I will leave it in the hands of the credit card company. My advice is pay a bit more and go with a reputable company!

Scam of a company

Scam of a company, order placed and no stock despite it being displayed as in stock.

After a week of emailing a refund was agreed, 4 weeks on i have no refund, no safe and no responses via email with phonelines not going through.

We offer our products in our online stores but also in the most famous marketplaces, and sometimes there is confusion in communication. In your case, we guess this is exactly the case. You will have been given a full if the seller is out stock of an item or the stock has not arrived as planned. ​Unfortunately, it is now taking weeks for containers to be delivered from UK ports due to driver shortages and congestion at UK ports.

Item arrived over a month ago damaged and unusable, seems like this company has good products when all goes right but they take no responsibility and are uncontactable if you have a problem.
Disgraceful company, I question whether this is a just a warerehouse sending goods out and they don't employ a customer service team. BEWARE

Joke of a business

Joke of a business.

Supplied a badly damaged safe, which was in pieces. clearly dropped from a great height, before being sent.

Aftersales is non-existent, they don't answer their phones. We're now on week 4 and they've still failed to collect the order. even though they've said they'd arranged it.

Would not recommend and would definitely tread carefully.
