I found the product I was looking for on the web and completed my order with little hassle. I was told that the item was out of stock but it was due in in the next few days and I received a call 3 days later to arrange delivery. The drivers called half an hour before to tell me they were arriving, all good. When the delivery men arrived they were polite and jolly but very quickly went into a routine that the fridge would go through our door (no insult to your house which is nice) and we would need to take the fridge door off to get it into the kitchen. They therefore dumped it in the garage and left. After I had gone I got the tape measure out and guess what it would go through once the wrapping was off, so we had to man handle it in without the proper equipment. Therefore everything great other than lazy drivers. If they had brought it in which would have still been a struggle for them but easier than for us as we didn't have a heavy duty sack barrow I would probably have given them a good tip and the points for Ultimate would have been 10 out of 10

I ordered a whirlpool dishwasher 6 weeks ago. Since then it has been allegedly being delivered every Wednesday and Friday. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the dishwasher. I've asked for an explanation as to why it isn't here. Surprise surprise no one rang back.
Every time I have asked for a refund I've been told the appliance will be there in 2 days. Ive also been told the manager has left and that the accountant is producing 10-15 refunds a day as there is a back log. Basically putting me the customer in a very difficult position, unable to go somewhere else due to funds and yet still without the appliance.
I would not recommend ultimate appliances to anyone, in fact I would actively discourage any friend or family member from ordering from them.
My best advice to the company is to cease advertising until they are able to deliver the goods.

1 week after placing the order and receiving e mail confirmation of this I rang to see when the delivery would be. I was offered a date 5 days hence but as this was not really convenient I asked if it could be an ealier date and was told they would get back to me.
No one contacted me so I thought the date I had been given still stood. We removed the
old integral fridge in preparation for the delivery-no delivery/no contact.
I contacted Ultimate Appliances and got through eventually 2 days later ,to be given another date which would be confirmed later that day-no contact again.
So I rang them the following morning to check on that delivery date which they confirmed!
In the meantime i have been without a fridge for 5 days and the only contact we've had up to today was by me chasing.
I don 't regard this as good customer service.

I was disappointed in how long I had to wait for delivery of my washing machine - over 2 weeks which could have been a real pain if my old machine had broken down completely. On the day it was delivered the van got caught up in traffic on the M1 but the guys were very good at keeping us informed as to what time they would arrive. They were also very helpful when they arrived in not only taking away the old machine but also all the packaging from the new one. So, although I would have appreciated having the machine earlier, when it did arrive it was a pleasant experience and after a practice run with the machine we are very pleased with it.

Very pleased with my LG washing machine first time I have purchased a LG and will
look at other appliances when needed. It was recommended by a neighbour and I will certainly recommend the machine and also the Suppliers, Delivery perfect and also on time.

Hi, I had an issue from my end with my card and had a member of staff on the phone talk me through what I had done wrong.
Made the order on the Friday and I was told probably be the Wednesday but will get a call 24-48 hrs before.
I got a call on Monday and was using my washing machine 10am Tuesday.
Brilliant service and I will be using them again.

I was very unhappy that my money was taken on the day I ordered my cooker and after numerous phone calls i eventually received my order 2 months later. Not a good experience.

Our American fridge-freezer finally arrived four weeks after we ordered it. I must point out that this was not the fault of Ultimate Appliances, rather a supply issue and it was just not in stock until then.

However I do have to say that their communication with me could have been better, as I was not informed beforehand that there would be a delay (stock was expected originally, according to their web-site, the weekend after I ordered it), let alone how long it would be. And their telephone call centre takes an age to answer.

All that aside, the fridge-freezer arrived on time, in perfect condition, with two helpful delivery men to attempt to put it exactly where I wanted it. Unfortunately my house didn't fully co-operate, as the final doorway was too narrow, so they had to leave it just outside the kitchen, for me to take the door off later.

I would definitely consider ordering from them again, but not online. My advice is to check online, but to make a telephone order, and make sure that they actually have, or are expecting, the stock at the time.

As above. And I hope it's read and notice taken. I now have several dull marks that I hope will disappear.

I ordered a Samsung fridge/freezer. After spending a lot of time reviewing this item and comparing prices this company were by far the cheapest.
I sent a message asking if my delivery could be delayed by a week and got a response back straight away acknowledging this.
I then received a call stating what day the company would be in my area.
We agreed a day and a 3-4 hour time slot.
The driver called me half an hour prior to delivery.
The item was delivered on time.
It was unpackaged, the item was put in its place (which was a concern as I live on my own) and the packaging was taken away.
The delivery guys were friendly and approachable.
I was very impressed from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or using them again!

Delivery on time and efficient. Pleasant lads. Unfortunately could not get into house because too big for door therefore had to leave in the garage. We will shift it when the new kitchen is complete

Very poor communication so far. We ordered the appliances 40 days ago, our new kitchen is due to be fitted next week. Based on the average 20 minutes on hold before speaking to someone and the lack of answers to any questions when we do, plus the reviews I'm now reading, we have no confidence we will receive our goods - or a refund if it came to it!
Help and advice would be very appreciated.

Ordered a fridge freezer on the 27th March, was assured the item would come into stock with them last week for delivery today 9th April. Telephoned to find out what time they were delivering to be told item still isen't in stock and wouldn't be delivered until the 21st April. I now know why the telesales girl advised at the point of taking the order and recomfirmed later not to disconnect the current unit until the delivery drivers had arrived with the new fridge freezer. I now can understand why she reiterated it just in case they coulnd't support the delivery date.
As this was totally unacceptable I asked for a refund and was told that can take 30 days! Don't trust this company they take your money and hold back the goods!

As other reviews have suggested if you do go with Ultimate Appliances expect it to be late. Our washing machine was in stock and took almost a month to deliver! I was told it was 'likely' to be delivered twice before it actually came. Customer service was polite but ineffective, if I didn't push them I am sure that I would still be waiting!

Very fast delivery even though order was placed during the bank holiday weekend. Excellent communication throughout and excellent communication from delivery driver on day of delivery. Would definitely use this company again.

I ordered the frezzer for my 89 year old mother-in-law on the 9th March on 22nd March they still hadn't delivered it and could not provide a delivery date because they were 'too busy' so I cancelled the order. It is now 9th April and they still haven't refunded the money! Digusting service and in my opinion they are no better than crooks!

I researched the American fride freezer I wanted on line. This was the best price I could find. All communications were speedy and informative and the product was delivered quickly. The driver even called to let me know he was half an hour away. I will definitely review your prices and products before making future purchases.

They were the best price online, offered free delivery and collected my old appliance. Their telephone staff were professional, and everything they promised they delivered. The delivery driver even called me to say he was twenty minutes away. FIRST CLASS EXPERIENCE.
