They are selling poor quality copies, not genuine parts.

Poor service. I ordered a fridge part, it offered 3 delivery options - I opted to pay extra for 1-2 days first class as my fridge door wouldn't shut without the replacement hinge. After 4 days I requested the additional postage I paid to be refunded. In response UK Whitegoods cancelled my order. Then I had the pleasure of a sarcastic Scotsman telling me product lead times overrule delivery times quoted. "THEN DON'T QUOTE DELIVERY TIMES!" Interactions like these actually slow the turning of the world. Save yourself getting even slightly annoyed....if you can find it elsewhere, do so. Even if it's a quid more.

I just started reading other people's reviews! Oh dear Kenneth. Time for some self reflection. You do seem to rub people up the wrong way with your sarcastic manner. I wonder how you are going to explain to me what I did wrong, and how you are completely blameless. Save your fingers keyboard Ken.

Sent me the wrong item, then refused to admit that it was the wrong item, despite being completely incompatible with my appliance. Refused to replace the item. Refused a refund due to installation attempts, which were necessary to determine compatibility, despite no damage done to item. Their customer service is non-existent. The gentleman on the phone is utterly useless, and doesn't even seem to realise that he works for this company. The gentleman dealing with e-mails, Kenneth Watt, who turns out to be the director, as well as the "tech support" is extremely rude, unprofessional, dismissive and defensive. I was forced to use Paypal Resolution Centre, Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Please do not send your hard-earned money to this company.

The part broke in less than a month and they would take it back or give a refund. The part was fitted fine and was only carefully used. It was obviously of poor quality. If I bought clothes that got a whole in after a month I would expect if to be replaced and this is the same. This wasn’t some £5 product... it was rediculously expensive and at the moment I am out of pocket and you expect me to spend more sending it back to you with no garuntee that you will actually do anything.
For anyone thinking of using this company - don’t!

Bad after sales service. Would not take the item back as it would not fit in the fridge.

Amazing service. Kenneth was incredibly helpful and answered all my queries within minutes. The product was delivered fast and securely, and was a much better price than other retailers I had seen. I would 100% use them again and will definitely be referring my friends and family to them.

I made a mistake when ordering i.e. an incorrect shipping address.
Contacted the service department which promptly made the correction.
The delivery took a short time and to the right place. Very good service.

After requesting a return I found a member of staff unhelpful & sarcastic eventually got a refund, would never use this company or recommend them...unprofessional

I ordered wrong part, sent it back no problem , awaiting refund also no problem, emailed the team to help get the right part, was asked for some number aside from serial number that wasn't on the I.D plate thing, got the impression that the man returning the email decided I was a useless waste of a skin, went on Amazon found correct part with no fuss at all????
All that being said I would use UK whitegoods again
