Transcription of Interviews for MBA Dissertation
I used UK Transcription to get around 8 hours of interviews transcribed as part of some qualitative research. All completed transcripts were returned by the deadline agreed when the audio files were uploaded, with one returned a day early.
The standard of the transcripts is excellent with almost no inaccuracies. They are well presented and layed out. Any areas where the typist could not make out a word are highlighted in brackets with the time at which they occured in the fies. As a result they can be easily reviewed if necessary.
You have the option of a wide range of lead times to get the transcripts back. Obviously the shorter these are the more expensive the work will be. The work as a whole wasn't cheap, but I am happy that it was worth paying for the quality of the transcripts - it saved me days of work.

Decent service all-round
Simple to upload, quotes were prompt. Booking and payment process was really easy. Transcripts were returned by the agreed deadline, often before.
Some minor errors but this is expected, took just a few minutes to correct.
Overall, VERY happy with the service. Would 100% use again and recommended to others.
