I had my loft done from this company earlier this year and as far as i am concernd they deliver exactly what is on the tin, Theybare professional, informative and courteous and fir tgis reason i have refereed them to my brother whinwill be making contact with them as he is attempting to upstage me

In 25 years of owning and renovating/decorating properties I have never experienced such shoddy behaviour as with UKsmartbuild. They were only in my property in the first place as while renovating a neighbour they had caused numerous cracks and she offered to have them repaired. They didn't repair the cracks and painted over them, rather than the whole ceilings, leaving them striped - and still cracked. They came back again as I wasn't happy and managed to not only leave them in a worse state, but run off without letting me know they were going, left rubbish all over my floor and my property in the street. I contacted their Head Office to complain but couldn't even raise a reply. If they don't know how to repair cracks and paint ceilings there really is no hope for anything more complex. And while they were working for the neighbour they broke into my garden and drowned plants in dirty water, covered a street drain in plaster, drilled holes in external brickwork and filled them with expanding foam, rather then cement and even managed to put a hole in the hall ceiling when carrying floorboards. It was like having the Marx Brothers in the building - except they really didn't make me laugh.

We are so pleased with our loft conversion we had done by Uksmart build. Uksmart build were a joy to work with, they are professional and their work was to an amazing standard. From the first day to the last we so pleased with their work and it was completed bang on time, six weeks. I will use them on any future projects and would recommend them to anyone.

Many of my friends have used this company and I decided to give them a chance as I have been disappointed with companies and builders, especially because it hard to find the one stop shop, I have been very happy with the professionalism and timely finish's, I decided to try them for a loft extension with additional room on the rear double storey roof and I was amazed that once I had the initial meeting, I handed the key over and received from them a fully scheduled outline of the stages of work, I had to do nothing I got the property back with all my plans and building regulation certificates passed, they have great knowledge of their industry. I have been so happy with them that I now I have commissioned them to convert the house and take up the whole refurbishment for 2 flats. I highly recommend these guys and trust that they will not disappoint.

my wife and I looked at various companies for the extension and modernisation of our kitchen, after our initial consultation with Mehmet we felt that we could trust his company to take on the works. We were not disappointed. Mehmet managed the project from drawings to getting our certificates. Every stage from digging the foundations to putting the roof was done including electrics and putting a downstairs toilet in, they liasied with Enfield Council building control and once the works were complete all the paper work (electrical, gas and building control) were given to us by Mehmet. We are over the moon about the way the extension was made and the new kitchen done. It was refreshing to have a company in our house that did what they said they would do at the price they quoted! 5 star service

I instructed Uk Smart Build to carry out a hip to gable conversion on my 1930s house, they assisted me throughout the process even when I have issues with my neighbours they were happy to assist me. The started the work on the 13th November 2014 and the completion of their work was completed on the 18th December 2014 just in time for Christmas. The team leader was fab, helpful and polite. They arrived at 8am every day and worked through to 6pm each day which was very impressive. All my floors were covered throughout the project and they always cleared up after themselves, my wife was very impressed. The quality of the work and the materials was great and the team were so cooperative and flexible. The electrician Ahmed was also great explained everything he was doing and gave us time to make choices which was great, We now have a great loft space that we are over the moon with and thanks to the company and the team minimised any disruption. I have had lots of my neighbour commenting on how hard they work and how good it looks so sure UK Smart you will be getting quite a few calls from my neighbours.

Wanted to have a loft conversion done and after much deliberation on which company to go with i decided on Uksmartbuild.com.
It was a great decision as they were professional and helpful from the outset. Uksmartbuild.com was very reliable as they were always on time to start the work and finished when they say they would. They also finished the job within 6 weeks which they also said they would do.
Was very happy with the finished result. Would recommend this company to anyone.

This company is absolutely Awesome !!
I got my loft done by UKSmartBuild last year in July and from start to finish they were courteous and informative and noticeably wanting to go the extra mile to ensure they gave a good impression, which is kind of refreshing as you don't really get companies doing that nowadays .. they are just after the money.

I was particular pleased at the way one of the directors of the company spent their Saturday afternoon to introduce me to their suppliers where i would be able to purchase my white goods (of course at trade rates!!) Strangely enough even after my loft has been done i still use the same supplier for other bits so that was a nice touch.

My loft took roughly 6 weeks to complete and my neighbors were all keen to see what was happening on the road as it seems to be the thing of the month watching it go up from roof off to complete. Often there were about 5 - 6 of my neighbors outside my house chatting (including their pet dogs ) almost like a meeting point but the point is our house was always a nice house but these guys have made it the best on our road as itr looks really nice with the oxblood red tiles roof which you cal see from the top of our road as we live at the bottom of a hill.

I already know my neighbor - 5 houses apart on the same side is already in talks with them to get his done although i know he is trying to upstage me but the long and short of this is that UKSmartBuild are the Don's of Loft builders.

I for 1 would have no reservation whatsoever in recommending UKSmartBuild for loft conversion work as they are truly Awesome
