Awful company. I ordered extremely important Covid signage ready for my Company to reopen on 1st June after 10 weeks of being closed.
I ordered it all on 17th May, it’s now 7th June and still no signage leaving me with no where to go as I’ve paid for it all.
Steer clear of this awful company they don’t deserve the buisness.
It’ll Certainly be the first and the last time my company will use them!!

Ive used this store a number of times now for signs for our organisation. Prices are very competitive.

The latest order I placed was easy and parcel was delivered when expected.

I did have a problem with a previous order as (I can only assume) the courier damaged the parcel... however the Safety Store replaced the items for free the next day.

I see my latest order came via DPD courier, so even better now as I know when it is going to arrive.
Will use again.

Very good customer service. I received my product within a week

I confirmed before I ordered that I will get the items next day by 9am.
Called at 9:30 only to be told that their computers were not working and they would call me back. Where are the urgent items I requested?
I opted to stay on hold while she restarted her PC. After being on hold for 10 minutes and she rebooted her PC she then needed to call me back because the courier company had it out for delivery pre-9am
She could not provide me with a tracking number.

After getting back on line and chatting to the same woman on their chat line 2 minutes later she tells me it is on the way but stuck in traffic. They will be 20 Minutes. After an one of when they items we to be delivered.
I have resolved that they will not arrive on time.

Do not use next day delivery with this company. They will use every excuse under the sun to get out of accepting blame. This is their response:

This is a real joke.

If I were you do not order next day and expect it to be there on time.

When the item arrived 2 hours after I was expecting it, i was told by the courier that the pre-9am service had been cancelled.

What i like about uksafetystore is the simple but effective way the items are displayed and listed. I found it easy to search, descriptions of items were clear with good details of materials and usage.

After going to the checkout, listing, signing up for an account and payment was easy without problems.

Products arrived quickly and well packaged. Quality was excellent and prices very competitive.I shall be using this site again for future projects.
