The product you ordered was a printed image of parchment and scrolls, not an actual piece of parchment.
When placing your order, you selected the image, then chose printing on photo paper and the corresponding photo paper size. The product was therefore produced and delivered exactly according to the options selected in your order.
We’re sorry if the product was not what you expected, but the description and selected material clearly indicate that this is a print on photo paper.
