I went through this process without knowing anything pre my application. The service I received from Faheem, Rhys and Yara was amazing from start to finish. As I write this review I just got informed i landed an unconditional offer in the course I wanted, all my thanks goes to platinum and their team.

I highly recommend using platinum’s services , I got in touch with them via social media with no hope of an actual outcome (thought it was an scam -but tried anyway) within days their staff got in contact with me and guided me through every step possible, they made applying for the course I wanted so much easier . I had a designated support/administrator called mel who helped with my can’t application and guided me how to get funding . If it wasn’t for his support I wouldn’t have known where to start with my application I’m more than grateful for there hard work . I now start my course in may

My advisor Mel gave me a call 📱 after I accidentally pressed on an add on instagram that was asking three questions and info on how the government is funding university for anyone who wants to study. My instagram had all my details which I saw filled in on the site but couldn’t remember sending it off until I received the call. Mel was absolutely amazing and awoken my excitement on studying again even though I thought I was too old to go back to Uni now a second time. He gave me confidence and comfort in knowing that he will be with me throughout the process all the way and he kept his word. He worked together with Mo and Ahmed who helped me through the financing and the interview process with the university at this point I knew this was for real and there is no return. I applied and within a few weeks I had an interview with the university (which I believed I completely failed 😞) they were completely amazing in reassuring me that they believe in me and that they chose me because I already had good qualifications and experience and had more faith in me than I did myself. A few weeks later they Congratulated me on my Unconditional offer at Arden University studying Health and Care Management. Which I’m totally excited about and cannot bless their work enough. They have given me new hope in getting one step closer in fulfilling my career goal and I am forever grateful! 🙏🏾
